Es un apartamento acogedor, muy bien ubicado y con check in-out muy comodo. No tiene ascensor pero si tiene departamentos en pb. Lo unico que podria mejorar es el desayuno, lo dejan el dia anterior y los panes mal envueltos se endurecen. La gente de lugar muy solicita dispuestos a ayudar frente a cualquier situación. Lo recomiendo!!!

This location was exactly what I wanted, more comfort than a hostel, but not wanting the experience or expense of a stiff hotel. I loved my stay. It's a small, I would say boutique hotel. Very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a small kitchen. I stayed before and after my hike on the W. I was so grateful to have somewhere I knew I'd be comfortable on the other side. It's a very easy walk from the bus station. I took a bus in from Puerto Arenas and flew out of Puerto Natales, very easy on both accounts. There is a charming cafe in the front of the hotel to start your day with a coffee. I paid a bit extra for the breakfast, which was well worth it! The breakfast is in your room when you check in, ready to make whenever you want in the morning. Both days, I had a basket of fresh pasteries, 2 eggs, fresh orange juice, a cup of fresh cut fruit, cut oats, yogurt, milk, sliced ham and cheese, butter, jam and a keurig-esque coffee machine. And I found the staff to be incredibly friendly. My luggage was waiting for me in my room, when Id returned from having stored it for my hike. Theres also a nice common area, to sit outside and read, wait for a ride, eat, whatever you may need. Would definitely recommend.

We had a warm welcome with clear instructions and guidance during our recent stay at DT Loft. The accommodations are cozy and thoughtful. We had everything we needed to relax and recharge after a few days of hiking in Torres Del Paine national park. Would absolutely recommend checking them out when visiting Puerto Natales

No hay aire acondicionado Estuvo muy agradable la estancia pero los cuartos muy calientes y con muy poca ventilación

Um charme esse hotel! Pequeno, apenas 5 lofts, mas todos com muito, muito conforto. A decoração é de muito bom gosto, os lofts são muito bem equipados, com tudo que você pode precisar. O banheiro é de bom tamanho, o chuveiro é ótimo, a cama é uma das melhores que já vi. Bom espaço, sem ser gigantesco. É perfeito para ficar antes de ir ao parque Torres del Paine e também para descansar na volta. Quando voltamos do Torres del Paine, ficamos apenas uma noite e me arrependi, deveria ter ficado ao menos duas!

Al comienzo todo bien, tuve un problema por la plataforma donde hice la reserva y me ayudaron pronto a solucionar. Hasta ahí bien. Avise que llegaría cerca de las 4, en algunos correo el horario de entrada decía 15hrs y en otros 16.00hrs(envié un pantallazo de eso). Finalmente pasadas las 15.30 hrs me acerqué al loft y me dicen que la entrada es a las 4 y mi pieza no esta lista. A las 17.15 recién me avisaron que la pieza estaba ok. Entiendo no hay recepción 24 hrs pero si dejan numero para comunicarse mínimo hay que contestar los mensajes, la tele no funcionó, informe y nadie me contestó. Quería confirmar horario de salida, tampoco me contestaron, ya que minimo si entregaron la habitación mas tarde, deberiamos salir mas tarde. Despues de todo leyeron los mensajes y no dijeron absolutamente nada. La infraestructura es muy buena, eso es 10 de 10, pero uno esta pagando, y no corresponde quedar a la deriva, si uno tiene un problema no hay nadie que te solucione despues de cierto horario. No voleria ni recomendaría.
