Fantastic hotel quiet and relaxing very steep hill but well worth it totally recommend

Amazing location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Stayed in the Deluxe Studio which was a big room with a patio terrace area. Very clean and food is great too.

Buon ristorante aperto solo a pranzo in bassa stagione e bella piscina con sauna, purtroppo non sono riuscita ad usufruire la vasca idromassaggio, nonostante molto vicino al caos di Puerto del Carmen è un posto estremamente silenzioso con un letto molto comodo, se mi muniti di auto consiglio di cenare a 'la ermita' a tre km circa ma ne vale veramente la pena, check-in anticipato molto gradito alle ore 11, da ritornare sicuramente!!

Booked in for 1 night on a quick visit from Playa Blanca to meet up with friends. Have to say it’s a fantastic little spot , directly up the road from the bus stop at Biosfera Centre, easy booking reasonably priced for room only, speedy check in , everything in room you require, nice little pool, great bar service ….BUT not quite sure I could do a full week- through no fault of the hosts ….other noisy guests all night, paper tin walls, albeit little sleep. Would definitely recommend insider again and in a perfect location to beach, bars, shops, restaurant and bus stop.

Arrived boxing day. Check in ok, a little long and time consuming. Given room 110. GARDEN VIEW. Hotel was clean and tidy. Room 110's door is badly twisted , it didn't want to shut without a slam. You can see daylight in 2 places due to it being twisted. Patio doors ancient , pane broken on side panel. Door has seen better days , I didn't feel comfortable about either door. Bathroom , well it's the original from when the property was built , maybe 30 years old. Damage all around and bodge jobs completed to try and make it look ok. Bath had a row of tiles stuck on the front edge , to obviously hide previous damage. Some tiles cracked. Toilet was the original , it suffered from scuffs and lack of cleaning over the years. Button on the top was filthy. I doused it in dettol often daily. Shower worked but it was all old and it was a hassle to shower as it wouldn't point forward. Shower curtain probably the original , disgustingly bad. For God's sake do the staff not notice the basics. It wants throwing in the bin and replacing. Kitchenette was the same as the bathroom , tired. Hinged panel for a breakfast bar, lift it up and then you have a makeshift table. 2 stools to sit I . Pathetic. Kettle when boiling didn't switch off. 2 single beds with stains on the mattress. Very firm. Area of beds was again outdated , floor tiles scruffy. Furniture was cheap and nasty. Don't put your feet on the table it will collapse. You will need to get a safe for your valuables. 2.50 euro / day. NO AIRCON. FAN RENTAL 20 Euro. Even in December it was stuffy. I put a complaint into jet 2. Not acceptable. 1 star 🌟 at best. Don't go for GARDEN VIEW. The ones with a view of the road are dingy.

Nice clean and quiet apartment block Great pool and pool bar good location friendly staff especially Andreas who went the extra mile when I checked out giving me a pool towel and allowing me to use the shower room even though you are supposed to book this all in all a great stay and will definitely return
