Las Rosas you shine as bright as the Tenerife Sun, a fantastic atmosphere and a real family feeling awaits and welcomes you at las rosas,lovely apartments and a great pool,spectacular views, great bar and food. Very clean complex inside apartments and surrounding pool areas,very friendly Went for a week, stayed for two weeks. From the reception team Javier, Siobhan, Laura who are fantastic and helpful and always smiling. The bar staff Carlos,Richard,Steve,Lucy,Debbie thanks so much for the laughs and memories, Everything is close by shops,restaurants,bus stop, location is great. Nightly entertainment is really fantastic, Just go see for yourself las rosas will not dissapoint. Carlos amigo thanks a million.

Beautiful 3 level 2 bedroom apartment with the most stunning views could spend hours sat on the balcony just so peaceful. The hotel pool was nicely warmed with floats permitted at certain times meaning the kids could enjoy some fun time too. The staff absolutely lovely so friendly & welcoming making sure you are happy at all times. Carlos in the bar is an absolute treasure always making people smile. I would recommend a car as the walk is a bit steep in places but plenty of parking which was great when stocking up from the supermarket. The atmosphere here has to be the most friendly we have experienced and we travel a lot! Great value for money and we look forward to returning.

Nice 3 level apartment, over looking the coast staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and terrace area relaxing, with good food on offer beers and cocktails happy hour 3 til 5. 25% off. Locally walking down to bars and restaurants is fine, "cardiac Hill " well named back to base camp. Taxi is well worth it at €3.50euros there's also the magic key for the short cut.

Extremely helpful staff, excellent location of resort. Will be wonderful when new restuarant is up and running which it will be by now

- It's extremely noisy - we had a busy road and a parking which was being renovated even on Sundays from one side of the apartment and a hotel restaurant with loud parties until midnight from the other side. Loud music around swimming pool during the day as well. Lots of noise day and night. - Insects in the apartment - as soon as we left any food or a dirty plate outside of the fridge it was covered by tiny ants. - They have parking advertised everywhere but in reality it's just a street parking which the hotel doesn't control. It was hard to park the car and the only help from the hotel was 'there is a street where you may find a space but it's a 10-min walk'. - No airconditioning in the sitting room, only a fan. If you're hot during the day, you need to stay in a bedroom. - Management was not interested at all in helping guests: we were told no to all our questions (help to park the car, help to change to a quieter apartment, if we could get a bed topper to cover the hole between 2 single mattresses, etc). No to everything we asked. - It's not a hotel in the first place, it's a timesharing resort.

Another amazing couple of weeks here in tenerife. Restaurant was closed for renovation and only opened under new management on my last night. Food was excellent, with 3 separate entertainment acts. Accommodation was excellent and new bathroom had been put in with a great walk in shower. Pool was as always great with kids only allowed to have blow up toys in at certain times. Great relaxing holiday.
