Visited mid January, from our first contact to our last with staff we were very happy, we got to the hotel a little early but luckily our room was ready so we was booked in, collected our keys and went to our room. In entering the room everything was clean and smelled lovely and clean too, we could have seen the room as dated but we chose to see it as being traditional, the furniture was very well made dark wood, big TV although being English didn't turn it on after the first time as it was all terrestial (Spanish) channels. We was really impressed with the food, buffet style is what we expected and got, fresh meat and fish on the live station at lunch and dinner and plenty to choose from, coffee machines at breakfast can get busy but we would sit and wait for a smaller que before we got up to get ours. The pool bar could get busy but never had to wait super long, drinks were poured well in whatever mix you asked for. Coffee machine, water and cold snacks available at the pool bar also. Our room looked out onto the bottom pool and if we was at the pool this is the one we used, I liked the corner beds so I could watch the lizards run in and out, some very friendly ones enjoyed the odd bit of lettuce, the pool was too cold for many to use, I however got in every day with a few brave others, breathing went back to normal after two lengths, lol. I did try the indoor pool once, it was much warmer. We found the rooftop bar of the Bluesea Interpalace across the road, its on the 7th floor, such a lovely place, amazing views, mountain and sea views, music is loud enough to feel vibey but not overpowering, easy listening, really should be better advertised in the other two hotels. Doesn't open till 5pm week days. Prices are reasonable, we went a few times. There is a book shelf with a fair few books, love this idea and left my book that I finished there. Love how you can use the pools on all 3 hotel and either restaurant. What could be better? info on what entertainment was on when, a board on the stage would suffice. The carpet throughout our hotel was old and if replaced would really make a difference to the feel of the place. The test, would I go back? Yes, we both would.

Lovely clean hotel with excellent service food was delicious always well presented and the staff friendly and helpful loved staying here the pool area was always nice and clean with lovely trees and plants around the pool bar was well stocked and plenty of sun loungers and tables and chairs with a nice area for children to play safely

Shocking. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The smell of sewage from ghe bathroom was sickening. Bed bugs in both bedrooms. We moved at 2am after discovering them. Loveholidays offered no help. The management are well aware of the issue and tell you to take your luggage to a launderette 10 minutes away to dry on a high heat and recommend sprays for bites and to spray your suitcase in the hope that you don't bring them home with you. I'm still itching weeks later and constantly checking my own bed at home. Worst holiday I've ever had. Don't know how this hotel is getting any positive reviews. Entertainment staff chaotic and make no attempt to connect with holidaymakers. Bar staff and catering staff work hard but look miserable. This hotel should be closed. Get it fumigated and rip up shoddy carpets and sort out their sewage issues. Not a 4 star hotel. Wouldn't give it one star. It was my first time in tenerife and this experience has put me off returning.

Where do I start the food is shocking the rooms smell foisty and our fridge had mould all inside it. Entertainment team is a shambles don’t even speak to you or try and get you involved. I asked about the kids club for my daughter and there response was there’s no other children so don’t send her. Worst holiday I’ve ever had will NEVER return

The smell of urine, sewages and the drains is all you smell in the rooms! unbearable, no aircon in the rooms, the carpet smelt bad, we had to be moved as we were allocated the room above the evening entertainment as my husband and son could not sleep through the karaoke and music, which I don't know why we were allocated that room with a child. I do not think it was worth the money we paid and this is not more than a two star hotel, the rooms are too old, needs updating ASAP and the bathroom is a hazard, the toilet is so close to the shower you cant get in and out without half breaking your neck as the floor gets wet when you shower, so very dangerous when getting out the shower as the shower glass does not move for you to get out safely. The spa could be free for what you pay to stay in the hotel as it is nothing special. The staff was very helpful and polite. But I would not stay here again, or recommend it. The entertainment team never spoke to us once, never invited us to any activities and my son was never asked or invited to any kids club or activities. Pool opens late and closes early, with nothing for kids to do after 6 He was very bored!

We decided to stay in this hotel as part of a budget holiday. Due to the price paid and based on the reviews available at the time of booking we were not in any way expecting a luxury hotel. However, what we did expect was a hotel which was kept to a good standard of cleanliness. Unfortunately this was not the case. A week before our holiday we were once again looking at the reviews for this hotel and were horrified to see that 9/10 of these reviews detailed bedbugs, it was however too late to change hotels. Since there were a few positive reviews amongst the negatives we gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt. Upon arrival I asked the night receptionist in the Bonanza palace section of the hotel about the bedbugs and he assured me that the hotel had been shut down just weeks prior and had been fully fumigated. We have since discovered that this was a lie. Once we had our rooms we thoroughly inspected the beds and were appalled to find bugs in both beds. We were shown to a further 2 rooms on different floors in the Bonanza palace and then shown to two further rooms in the Canarife section of the hotel all of which were riddled with bedbugs. The only redeeming quality of this hotel were the staff, all of whom were lovely but seemed completely unsurprised by the bedbug infestation. The assistant manager who we spoke to the next morning, after being forced to stay elsewhere, was very apologetic and contacted our provider On the Beach in order to help us receive a refund. We were also told that the rooms we had seen would be closed and properly cleaned however this is not good enough. Based on how infested the hotel was the only way to ensure a thorough extermination of the bugs would be to close the entire hotel and properly fumigate. We did not end up staying in this hotel and after a lot of back and forth with On the Beach we were eventually able to move to the Blue Sea Costa Jardin where we were able to enjoy our holiday without the risk of a bedbug infestation. If you have this hotel booked and are unable to change it make sure to thoroughly check the beds on arrival. I understand that the infestations began in mainland Europe but this hotel is infested and needs shutting down ASAP.

We arrived at Puerto, but our hotel ended up being canerife which was right next door. Our room was spacious and very clean, with plenty of storage space such as wardrobes and drawers. Bathroom was a good size with a bath and also an overhead shower. We had beautiful views of mount Teide and the sea. Beds were very firm, but ok to sleep on. No bedbugs while we were there for the week. Two pools to use, Puerto pool and canerife one...also able to use the facilities at the other sister hotel across the road (inter palace) both pools were fantastic, plenty of sunbeds available. Pools are very clean, but weren't overly warm given that it's the end of may so we were not in them for long. Only one pool bar at the Puerto hotel however and it can get busy but staff served quickly. Also only one restaurant at Puerto unless you go to inter palace and use theirs for breakfast and dinner. I felt the restaurant did not have much food variety, particularly at lunch and dinner time. There was alot of desserts. Staff were constantly working to keep it clean and clear tables quickly. Me and my daughter are very fussy eaters, but there was always something especially with puddings. Location wise, I chose this hotel thinking there was more, as people had said it was right where the shops, restaurants are etc. they were kind of right, but not as lively or varied for what I had been looking for in a holiday. We did explore by walking to the town centre, about 15/20 minutes walk down or a €5 taxi trip one way. Lots of shops and restaurants, lovely harbour with amazing views, nobody hassles you to go into their shop or buy the handbags they are selling in the street which is good. Also to mention, in terms of night entertainment within the hotel, not really great. We found literally, it was just loud karaoke, and alot of them were french or Spanish singing. But luckily we were on the 5th floor and couldn't hear a thing, but we found we would just grab a quick drink and go back to our room. It felt that there was just not much catering for English tourists from the hotel. Overall a great holiday, friendly staff especially reception and at the pool bar. Well maintained and clean.

I went on a solo holiday. It was such a lovely hotel . Staff were great. Hotel was in a good location. Beach is 7 mins away in a taxi. Nice selection of shops and bars close by. You have to pay €20 euros for a kettle in the room. No aircon until the summer but you can request a fan for your room. Hotel entertainment was good. Roof top bar level 7 was beautiful. Amazing cocktails and amazing view.
