Hotel was excellent with everything! Clean rooms / fast elevator / very good breakfast Close to everything / very nice staff

호텔을 개조해야 하고, 도착했을 때 욕실이 엉망이었습니다. 청소를 해야 했는데, 음식이 좋지 않고, 수영장이 얼고 깨끗하지 않고, 스낵바 음식이 재가열되고 약간 오래되었습니다. 이제 이 호텔의 유일한 좋은 점은 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다

이 숙소는 시내 중심부에 있어 가장 좋은 위치에 있으며 해변에서 약 500m, 대형 식료품점에서 약 40m 떨어져 있습니다. 도로 전체에 훌륭한 조경이 있는 매우 조용한 지역입니다. 직원들은 음식 서비스 중에 매우 도움이 되고 친절합니다. 유일한 실망스러운 점은 주말의 음식이었고, 상부 공동 구역에서는 약간 낡았습니다. 1박당 지불하는 가격에 비해 최고입니다. 우리는 여기서 즐거운 시간을 보냈으며 행복하게 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

The food was appalling, multiple guests where moaning and discussing how bad the food was, we spent all of our holiday money on meals out as we couldn't eat it, we found mouldy tomatoes in the breakfast and they didn't apologise just acted dumb and took it away! I asked for a glass of tap water for my partners tablets to be taken and the barman told us to go to the other bar and refused. We were given mouldy toilet paper in our room which was disgusting! All inclusive finished at 11pm!! Was not advised about only getting certain drinks until arriving, had to pay €9 extra for premium drinks and also another restaurant we weren't allowed to use. I was not able to wear strappy tops you had to have your arms covered at all times in the restaurant, over rall north Tenerife is beautiful but would never stay at a be live hotel ever again.

My stay in the hotel was exceptional. It is located in the city centre, near to the cafes, restaurants, shops and beach and Lago Martianez. Our room was spacious, very clean with a balcony and partial view to the ocean. The bed was very comfortable! Bathroom was spacious with bath and shower. The food in the hotel was absolutely gorgeous! Everything was freshy and tasty, the offer was really wide: vegetables, meat, fishes, seafood, rice, potatoes, pastas, soups, everyday different choise and of course fruits, cakes and ice creams. Different cuisines were presented: from asian, mexican to european. It was simply impossible to try everything. I truly recommend this hotel. The staff is nice and very friendly.

STAY CLEAR!!!! I saved up and spent £1400 on a holiday for my fiancée and I to celebrate our engagement.. firstly 75mins from airport laughable… 135mins..this after a 10 hr day so far… at the hotel no help with luggage or any direction to room just given key.. a £38 with return of £20 for a safe.. in room it is nothing like the pictures.. no kettle.. no iron.. no smart tv.. literally get bbc news. The food stone cold and hardly any variety.. breaktfast if you like carrots and white cabbage or pork.. good luck.. one coffee machine which had a large que all the time.. cocktails hahahah you mean syrup in a glass from a machine. no fancy fruits etc. no air con but given a good fan. The bathroom had urine over the seat and basin. We visited h10 hotel playa same rating a little more cost but that one is 4 star… this hotel is more a 2 star.. STAY CLEAR!!!! We only been here 12 hours.

I rarely write reviews and generally take with a pinch of salt but feel I have to leave this one. The positives Puerto de la Cruz is absolutely lovely and my room in the hotel is very nice but…. The bedroom is nice as it has been updated but the bathroom is in need of an update. I am all inclusive and the 2 meal times I have attended the food looks like slop you’d feed to animals. I just walked out and won’t try again so that was a waste of money. All inc guests have to be served at a small section of the bar like lepers instead of with the rest of the guests and I haven’t found the bar staff very pleasant. Brits are very low in numbers both in the hotel and the resort so be prepared for that. I’ve been ignored today in 2 restaurants /bars while German guests were served quickly despite arriving later. I don’t feel very welcome here. We’re not all beer swilling swearing louts just because we’re English. In summary if you can afford it I’d go with a different hotel or at least dont pay for food here. I’ll have to spend again all week luckily I’m not a big eater. The hotel isn’t really catering for British guests but I’m not sure any in the North of Tenerife do 😔

Good Apart From Entertainment if they paid for decent artists the room would have been packed, but some kid dressed up as Michael Jackson dancing to a backing track, oh dear. Put on some Spanish style entertainment, the hotel is in Spain to celebrate that fact. Room excellent, food mostly good drinks again mostly good and staff were excellent. Would been 5 apart from entertainment provided.
