Hotel was excellent with everything! Clean rooms / fast elevator / very good breakfast Close to everything / very nice staff

Hotel needs a revamp, bathroom was a mess when we arrived I had to clean it, food isn’t great, pool is freezing and not clean, snack bar food is reheated and a little stale, now to the only good part about this hotel the staff, very friendly and helpful

The property is in the best location being in the center of town and around 500m from the beach and around 40m from a large groceries shop. It is a very quiet area with great great landscaping theoughout the road. The staff are extremely helpfull and friendly during food service. The only let down was the food on the weekend , and it is a little run down in upper communal areas. For the the price you pay per night , it can not be beaten , we enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay again.

STAY CLEAR!!!! I saved up and spent £1400 on a holiday for my fiancée and I to celebrate our engagement.. firstly 75mins from airport laughable… 135mins..this after a 10 hr day so far… at the hotel no help with luggage or any direction to room just given key.. a £38 with return of £20 for a safe.. in room it is nothing like the pictures.. no kettle.. no iron.. no smart tv.. literally get bbc news. The food stone cold and hardly any variety.. breaktfast if you like carrots and white cabbage or pork.. good luck.. one coffee machine which had a large que all the time.. cocktails hahahah you mean syrup in a glass from a machine. no fancy fruits etc. no air con but given a good fan. The bathroom had urine over the seat and basin. We visited h10 hotel playa same rating a little more cost but that one is 4 star… this hotel is more a 2 star.. STAY CLEAR!!!! We only been here 12 hours.

I rarely write reviews and generally take with a pinch of salt but feel I have to leave this one. The positives Puerto de la Cruz is absolutely lovely and my room in the hotel is very nice but…. The bedroom is nice as it has been updated but the bathroom is in need of an update. I am all inclusive and the 2 meal times I have attended the food looks like slop you’d feed to animals. I just walked out and won’t try again so that was a waste of money. All inc guests have to be served at a small section of the bar like lepers instead of with the rest of the guests and I haven’t found the bar staff very pleasant. Brits are very low in numbers both in the hotel and the resort so be prepared for that. I’ve been ignored today in 2 restaurants /bars while German guests were served quickly despite arriving later. I don’t feel very welcome here. We’re not all beer swilling swearing louts just because we’re English. In summary if you can afford it I’d go with a different hotel or at least dont pay for food here. I’ll have to spend again all week luckily I’m not a big eater. The hotel isn’t really catering for British guests but I’m not sure any in the North of Tenerife do 😔

Good Apart From Entertainment if they paid for decent artists the room would have been packed, but some kid dressed up as Michael Jackson dancing to a backing track, oh dear. Put on some Spanish style entertainment, the hotel is in Spain to celebrate that fact. Room excellent, food mostly good drinks again mostly good and staff were excellent. Would been 5 apart from entertainment provided.

We had a great time at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. Plenty of towels that were changed every day. Friendly employees, especially at the reception, who thought along with you. The location is great, close to terraces, the boulevard and the sea. opposite Mercdona supermarket. There was very little parking space in the area surrounding the hotel. It was very nice that we could park our car across the street from the hotel in the parking garage of the center of Martinez. Fore 14 days we paid €50. Definitely a place to return.

Worst hotel ever visited - food was terrible, pool was awful, staff unhelpful, poor bar is like a pop up bar in a garden. Pool is a little larger than a paddling pool but not by much. By far for me and my wife the worst hotel we’ve ever visited. The fact TUI still organise package holidays to this place is beyond me. Save your cash and go elsewhere!! Like who actually has egg and tuna mayonnaise mixed in together? The so called buffet dinner consisted of very very little. Bread left out overnight with only a cloth covering it. I could go on and on, please if you read my review do not book here!
