This hotel is everything and more than i expected! We were shown to our room on arrival which exceeded expectations and was lovely. The room is huge with everything you could need. Mini fridge with enough room to store a couple of little bottles of extra water but drinks in the fridge were too expensive if you did want one. The balcony was also very large with 2 bigger than normal loungers and a table and 2 chairs with a parasol. All of the rooms have a lovely view of the pool and the sea / marina. The location is perfect for a stroll in the evening to one of the restaurants on the marina. All of the ones we tried were very nice and reasonably priced too. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good with no coffee machine to contend with just a really nice selection of fresh coffees and juices. The cooked options were also really good quality and there was lots of choice. The staff all work extremely hard and are all so friendly and helpful. We were made to feel extremely welcome. We will be returning next year without a doubt! Some people may not like the fact there’s not bar in the evening but you can either buy your own to drink on the balcony or have a few in the marina.

Had an amazing top floor suite Lovely sun loungers Breakfast was really good and staff very accommodating you can only get lunch here up to 3 o’clock Evening you have to go to harbour to eat I think they do something Friday Would be great if they did evening buffet or something as you wouldn’t want to leave I think you can get evening drink up to 6 maybe Would definatly return

We stayed for 11 nights. What a wonderful hotel. Staff are fantastic, the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Rooms are large and expansive with great views. Great pool and pool area. Short walk to the Marina where there are a number of restaurants and bars. Puerto Calero is a quiet resort so if you want plenty of nightlife then suggest you stick to Puerto del Carmen but if you want a nice meal with a few quiet drinks then Puerto Calero is ideal. We would highly recommend this hotel for couples.

Wonderful had in September at Royal Marina Suites. The rooms are just as fabulous at the pictures. Service very good. If you book excursions will probably need to walk up the road to the Secrets hotel to be picked up (this was with Jet 2, who had no representative at the hotel throughout our stay).

Overall a very nice experience, The rooms are great & very clean & comfortable. The restaurant breakfast was fresh & tasty. Our only complaint was this hotel has 26 rooms but only 16 pairs of sun beds ,As usual if you don't get up at 07-00 am you can't get a sunbed which is not acceptable for the price we paid.

The Royal Marina Suites in Puerto Calero, Lanzarote is a unique, adult only, boutique hotel which I would highly recommend to the discerning guest. The 26 suites, all of which have magnificent sea views over the entrance to the marina, are luxuriously appointed. The bathroom/wet rooms are spacious and well equipped and the large private terraces have their own sun beds, table and chairs. There is no need to get up at dawn to put your towel out to reserve a sun bed by the pool as there are ample top quality, upholstered sun beds and sun shades for everyone. Breakfast is a pleasure, with an excellent choice of cooked dishes served at your table as well as a buffet with a copious selection of cereals, fruits meat, cheeses and breads. The Suites are primarily bed and breakfast but it is only a short stroll along along the paved coastal path to the Puerto Calero Marina with an abundance of good restaurants and bars for an evening out. This is an exceptional, privately run, little haven in a fantastic position with extremely friendly and helpful staff.
