My stay was a lovely and restful experience from the comfortable accommodations to delicious homemade breakfasts. Also want to mention the perfect location from the beach to shopping, dining and Artist Studios. A perfect three day getaway …planning on another one very soon

Before arriving Spencer had already texted me with directions to my room and where the key would be, directions on wifi, Breakfast, water in the fridge and everything about my room. When I got there he was there to greet me anyway. It was a bout a 15 minute walk from there to the center of town. I did not use my c ar at all while there. My feet didn't like it but my heart was all a flutter as was my health app on my phone. LOL Breakfasts were wonderful and made while you wait which was lovely because while having coffee, you could chat with the other guest that were there. It was a lovely 3 night stay and I will go back again! Not every place I have stayed was as hospitable as Inn at Cook Street, and Spencer is a delightful host! Go ahead,. book a room right now!

If you are looking for a kind and thoughtful host, a beautifully designed and perfectly sized bedroom with a private bath (and many with their own private entrances), and a property with ample common areas and outdoor gardens and sitting areas, the Inn at Cook Street (our new Provincetown favorite) is the place to stay. Spencer is simply amazing. As an epicurean host, his breakfast menus are a delight. There’s space to sit solo and gaze out of the window if you’d prefer some solitude, or join the table for conversation. His team, including Dawn, make you feel right at home. You will be planning your next stay before you leave. Spencer hosted my entire wedding party for our microwedding and not only was the space beautiful for accommodations, it is a beautiful event space as well. The weather was overcast at its best and stormy at its worst but thanks to Spencer we had a wonderful time. We booked the smallest room but he let us use the Koi cottage which became available and was larger and more suitable for waiting out a nor’easter. Delicious breakfasts with great conversations, beautiful property and an excellent location made the rest of our stay quite enjoyable. A perfect place to stay while exploring Ptown and its surroundings. Many thanks Spencer!

We had a fantastic stay at the Inn at Cook Street! Spencer provided the best hospitality, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Every morning, we enjoyed wonderful food that truly started our day off right. The rooms were clean and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Wonderful trip to Ptown. Our first in many years but we will now make it an annual trip. The Inn at Cook Street was perfect for our stay. Very welcoming, room was bright and large. Spencer met us as we arrived, and we had a very good feeling we were going to be spoiled. We enjoy a daily walk and the area surrounding the Inn provided many different walking routes to showcase the beautiful streets, homes and gardens. Finally, Spencer made us a delicious breakfast. We will return!
