We spent a couple of days at the end of the season season at Pantalica Ranch ("the ranch"). It is a treasure trove of natural wonders. I am sure it is truly magical during the summer. The wild surroundings, the bare bone cabins, the delicious high end, but rustic cuisine and the kind, warm, and attentiveness of the staff make you want to visit "the ranch" again and experience the full affect.

The Ranch was a great place to rest after a long journey. My dog loved the place. All staff were welcoming, attentive and caring. Sunsets are beautiful and the pool is great to cool down. The owner has a heart of Gold as there are few rescue dogs and they take them to the vet feed and look after them. Highly commendable and for that they will always have my support. Progress is measured in our ability and awareness of how we treat animals. Hope to see you again.

Thank you to Pantalica Ranch for a wonderful 6 night stay. This is a perfect location for families with children who are able to play freely in the beautiful gardens, small swings and with the many animals. The staff are so warm and caring, Jessica, Laura, Andrea and other staff who are very knowledgeable about the local area and are very accommodating. The food is excellent with many different dishes to try, some from their gardens and Tina the chef is amazing! Seafood, pasta and the semifreddo are particularly delicious! There’s many local specialty dishes that can be prepared on request. The main thing is the quiet surroundings which make for a very relaxing holiday. The rooms are rustic and simple but very clean. The pool is large and has great views for sunsets. Thank you again.

We have booked the Pantalica Ranch for 1 night initially, but extended to 2 as we liked the environment and the people working there. Right by arrival we ordered a few drinks outside breakfast/lunch/dinner times and they came along with the most delicious bruschettas kindly organised by Laura. Laura and Jessica were both extremely welcoming and kind, and the chef in the kitchen made the most delicious meals (sorry, that we did not ask for your name and we therefore did not mention it here). We are very thankful for our experience and will be back for sure.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone,the food was of very poor quality for what you pay, 35.00euros a head, an absolute rip off,please don't fall in the same trap people!!!the starters was potatoes with tiny pieces of dried tomatoes and cheese,a tiny panella with the tiniest piece of mortadella I've ever seen,the tiniest piece of aubergine!,followed by pasta al forno,overcooked and swimming in oil!followed by un involtino di lonza,non manzo come scritto nel menu!!!more potatoes, and finally the biggest joke was the 'tiramisu' one savoiardi broken into 2 with cream on the top!!! Shameful!!!

It was a memorable experience for me and my family at Pantalica Ranch, excellent food and impeccable service from all the staff at the ranch. Could not have spent a better relaxing holiday surrounded by nature in a peaceful environment. Personally as I am a daily morning walker being there was out of this world, no cars just nature, peacefulness and lots of fresh air. A place to too. Already planning a visit for April.
