Really nice, and you have everything in the resort.

resort riaperto da 2 mesi. sicuramente non un 5 stelle per il livello di attenzione alle esigenze del cliente ed i servizi. devono ancora migliorare in molte cose. staff giovane a volte che manca di esperienza ma molto educato e disponibile. pecca di attenzione alla pulizia sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere.

Ottimo resort. Bellissime camere, pulizia top. Grande gentilezza.

Struttura bellissima, grande e ricca di attività

This is a new hotel and a great find! I got an upgrade to a suite and if you can afford it would really recommend it. A lot of space, own small Terrasse with view of the Etna! There are a lot of areas to discover within the hotel, a secret bay which was a special find, great food in the restaurant (breakfast and a la carte dinner). The pool is not heated but even in April that was not needed. Team is still figuring out a few kinks but the hotel was opened 2 weeks before my stay so I think that‘s fair! Would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Sicily 🗻☀️

Had an excellent stay at Mangia’s Sicily. All the staff were very warm and welcoming. In particular, Giuseppe looked after us very well during breakfast and dinner and made an amazing cappuccino!

We went the week before the hotel was closing for winter so there were a few restaurants closed and not all facilities available as advertised, so check. However, the room was nice, the bathroom the best room. The grill restaurant was okay but lacking in variety and our first meal was fine but the second was not up to scratch so did not go again. The breakfast range was 5 star. Has three pools and you can go in the sea but was quite choppy when we were there and the access down to the sea needs work, very slippery. The hotel is quite secluded so if you have no car, the walk to Brucoli is a trek and also if you take the train from the airport, the hotel does not provide a pick up service and it is hit and miss if you can get a taxi straight away. I feel the hotel should have some kind of bus/shuttle service. If you want a taxi from the hotel they will call a private one for you. The private boat service advertised was not running so cannot comment on this. They offer tours to Mount Etna and Taormina which was good fun but not cheap, especially as when we got to the volcano because of the winds could only go halfway up and could not use cable cars. I would stay again. Recommend going to Syracuse and Ortiga, there is a tour from the hotel but we took a taxi to the train station and then train which is better value for money. Once there we took a hop on and off bus tour. Ortiga is beautiful.

Good Rooms are phenomenal, pure 5 star luxury and one of the best rooms I've stayed in. Ortiga toiletries. Lounge room for the upgraded package was good with drinks (wine and beer) available most of the day. Marco Greco and team very nice on arrival and throughout our stay. Views great. Main pool lovely and big and you can just lay around and hear waves crashing Reception area beautiful Bad Resort in middle of nowhere with taxi costing a fortune Only option for food was pizza (v nice but busy and slow service) or buffet (40 euro pp per night) Cant get into sea easily Some outside areas are very tired despite the big refurb Electric kept going off and we never had lights for 1 of the days and the 2 of the days no aircon working, when we called through they said they would send people but no one come, luckily the temp was ok anyway Think with more staff training, less glamourizing of the resort with fancy videos making out its 5 star luxury and more options for food or shops selling things people actually want, the place could be amazing. Especially with those rooms. A shuttle bus to Augustus or Brucoli would be nice.
