Such a fabulous place to stay in a quieter area that’s close to the main ***** of Puerto Del La Cruz. Breakfast each morning was so so good! Rooms were lovely with a beautiful view from the balcony. Rooms cleaned every day. A great selection to choose from and the staff were 10/10! Definitely worth a visit and would gladly come back!

Wouldn't Recommend We have had clothes stolen from our room, to be told by reception, 'it is not possible' please advise how? Very dated and furniture dirty and thread bare, air con does not work in the rooms, you have to pay for sauna, €18 for 90 Miniutes! Most rooms face other hotels on streets not what was advertised

We stayed in one of the xtra rooms for 4 days. Was cleaned daily ... spotless. The staff were lovely it was my partners 40th the brought up complementary bottle and treats which was a lovely suprise. Great location views from the hotel was next level

We stayed at this hotel for one week on 9 May 2024 and it was absolutely superb 👌 beautiful hotel and nice and quiet fabulous everything from room food entertainment and everything you could wish for the pillow s were the best I've ever slept on and I will definitely bee comming back Amazing staff and cleaning staff wonderful PERFECT 🥰

We have been in the same area over the last 3 years and tried different hotels each year , this was the best. So much so we have booked it again for 2025

My husband and I visited the Sol Costa Atlantis Hotel for a week in April 2024. We were very much looking forward to our stay at this particular hotel as having viewed it online, we thought it looked rather nice. Our arrival at the hotel was quite late due to having experienced a flight delay therefore, we were feeling quite tired, however, we found that the reception staff were not very welcoming or friendly, they just went through the process of getting us checked in, there was no ‘Welcome to our hotel, have you stayed with us before’, nothing of that nature, no welcome drink was offered. Once checked in, we went to our room which considering it was a 4* hotel, we were surprised at how basic the room was. We unpacked and tried to open the Safe to store our valuables. We were unable to open it so being tired, we decided to deal with everything the following morning. We were booked on a half board basis so, we got up the next morning to go for breakfast and both said how incredibly warm the room was and, because of the room temperature neither of us had slept well. We checked the air conditioning but were unable to deal with whatever the issue was. We then went for breakfast which, unfortunately, wasn’t great. We absolutely appreciate that with buffet food, due to it sitting, it can get cold quickly but, having said that, there were a lot of people staying at the hotel if the dining room was anything to go by which meant that the turnover of food from the buffet was quick so, I wouldn’t have expected the food to be as as cold as it was. Also, the toasters which were in the dining room, there just wasn’t enough of them and then, to make matters worse, when you put a slice of bread through the toaster you had to repeat the process 2 to 3 times as the bread wasn’t toasting!! Then we had the coffee machines of which you had to queue for a considerable length of time to get a coffee as again, for the amount of people, there weren’t enough coffee machines. After breakfast we went to reception to report the air conditioning issue. The chap with whom we spoke said he would get a maintenance person to fix whatever the issue was. We informed him we were out for the day so the technician could go into our room at any stage. We also asked about the Safe in our room to which the chap on reception advised that we would have to pay to use the safe. I was appalled to hear this saying to him ‘That’s daft, surely if there’s a safe in the room, it forms part of the room, it’s a bit like saying, there’s a wardrobe but you can’t hang your clothes in it until you pay to use it’. My view is if you’ve paid for a room, then you should have access to everything in that room especially the safe as it doesn’t cost the hotel any extra to allow guests access to the safe in their room!! After our day out, we came back to our room only to find that the air conditioning hadn’t been fixed much to our disappoin**ent and to make matters worse, when we reported it

Loved this hotel, it was clean and tidy. The pool area was nice, we didn't get much sun but still got a bit of a tan. The bar outside was soo nice, the cocktails were good but the bar food was amazing. Defo recommend having the Caesar chicken salad. If your planning on booking this hotel then know that it is a chilled environment and not the crazy party side of Tenerife. The food at dinner inside the hotel was pretty standard but there was something for everyone even the picky eaters. There is two black sand beach close by but you can always catch the coach outside the hotel to the bigger beaches for the day. There are a few restaurants in town that you should defo try. overall great place for a nice relaxing holiday. Youngsters you can always go down to the rocky bits and sunbathe there as that were the teens all hangout.

The hotel is located in a good spot in Puerto de la Cruz. Although we didn't realise how quiet Puerto de la Cruz was until we got there. The weather was good 4 out of the 7 days we stayed there. The hotel is clean. The staff at reception were pleasant, however the staff in the restaurant weren't as nice (apart from one young guy who I forget his name). The food was below average and as others have said, it wasn't that warm. A lot of the plates were dirty and/or wet. They should be clean and also heated to keep the food warm. The pool was nice (although cold) and plenty of sunbeds. For 6/7 days there were only 2 lifts in action. Given this is meant to be a 4 star hotel, I would expect there to be a fridge in each room to keep drinks cold. Overall, it was an ok stay but I wouldn't rush back.
