B&B 인 센트로 팔레르모(B&B In Centro Palermo)

Very clean and comfortable bed.

We stayed for 7 nights at B&B Incentro in Palermo. The place is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Upon our arrival, one of the staff members even texted us to guide us from the airport to the accommodation, which was a thoughtful gesture. Once we arrived, we were informed that our breakfast would be served at a bar just 50 meters away from the accommodation. Having breakfast at a bar is not unusual in Sicily, but what surprised us was that we were allowed to have only one sweet pastry with a drink. While this might be acceptable for many people, we found it challenging, and we mostly skipped the breakfast, opting for just a tea or coffee instead. For those seeking a more "conventional" breakfast with eggs, fruits and savory options, we would not recommend booking the accommodation with breakfast included. Aside from the breakfast situation, we were very pleased with the room. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent with adjustable settings. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at B&B Incentro in Palermo.

Large modern room with view onto a quiet pedestrian street. Novel the first day but generally Inconvenient to go down the street for breakfast each morning. Very well located just outside of the congestion, but close to all shopping and sites.

I liked that it was close to everything. I disliked the fact that I had to use the same towels for 3 days.

I had a wonderful stay here with my little toddler. I was given the best room with a balcony and a view of the theatre. The room on the first floor was very clean. The best part was having a great service from Daniel who not only gave me tips on how to get to the hotel days before my arrival and was in touch through out that day to ensure I had a good journey and stay. Also recommended where to visit and eat even with discount card. There is a direct bus from the airport to the stop opposite the hotel. Finally, I'd gladly go back to the same hotel if I'm back in Palermo.

Wonderful stay! Everyone was so kind and had wonderful recommendations for our stay in Palermo. We loved the room: it was beautiful, clean and spacious. One day I washed clothes in the sink and left them out on the balcony to dry, and it started to rain right after we left for the day. When we got back later, I found the clothes dry because the wonderful cleaning team moved the clothes to a covered area of the balcony. Huge thanks and would definitely recommend!

Do yourself a favor and stay at this property when you're in Palermo! The service is first rate from booking and even beyond checkout! Oueded went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us during our stay! We were celebrating our 10th Anniversary while we were at their property and she decorated our room to welcome us! She arranged the best restaurant for us to celebrate with great food &an incredible view - (Seven Restaurant!) She met us on the street when we couldn't find the *****tore and arranged for a Covid-19 test (which was required for our return to the US) to take place right in the B&B! Aside from all of the thoughtful, caring and helpful assistance she gave us, she is a lovely person! The guy who checked us in (Davide?) was also very helpful & thorough. He greeted us in our cab on the street, walked us to the B&B, gave us a ton of information, an intro to the room, how it works & suggestions for our stay. The B&B itself was also wonderful. It's in a great location with a very safe, easy entrance. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom, a small refrigerator & tea kettle. We had a balcony which overlooked a quiet street. Some coffee & snacks available in the central dining area but they give you a certificate for a local restaurant for breakfast. We did not do this because by the time we got moving, we wanted more than a light breakfast. The Wi-Fi was the best we had in Italy! The AC was cold. I really can't brag enough about this wonderful experience!
