We had a large room with a kitchenette, everything needed to prepare a small meal. Breakfast was included, with eggs to order and other items. There was also a broad range of pastries, cheeses and fruit. Staff was quite friendly. There was a nice pool, kind of chilly since we were there in late September. You could even get a poolside drink. We rode the bikes to the beach, not very far away. Overall a nice place.

This property is a hidden gem. Excellent value. Everything smells like flowers and herbs. Great bar, great clean pool. The grounds are beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant is AMAZING. The head chef is fantastic. Service just ridiculous. I cannot understand the mid reviews. This place is awesome. Would move here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We found this place by chance as an emergency stay for one night. However, I wish we would stay here longer. The place is magical. The villa was nice with updated modern features and comfortable bed. The area is great and spacious with so many extras like bikes, pool and books. The team is very welcoming. And dinner service is outstanding and can not be missed. The location is very convenient with the short ride to beaches and supermarket.

+ Gated property, very spacious and green, especially for rural Sardinia in the summer. + We had a villa, it was large for the five of us (3 adults, 2 kids 11 and 8 y o). + Nice pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Lots of shade if you need to hide yourself from the sun. + Amazing beaches, everything from calm and tidy Spiaggia di s'Arena Scoada to lovely Is Arutas with quartz sand (a must see). + Very friendly and customer oriented staff. + Food! Amazing! Could possibly be more basic options for kids, but I understand why Luca wants to keep a traditional touch. + Kids loved everything about the place. - Hard to find where to eat lunch in rural Sardinia. There are some very basic food sheds at the beach. But the villa had a well equipped kitchen, and there is a large Crai supermarket just 10-15 minutes drive from the property, so we pretty much made our own lunch and ate it outside in the tree shade. Brings back the childhood memories. - There was a bee invasion at the pool on one sunny day, but it is hardly something that has to do with the property.

We stayed here for three nights after a family wedding nearby. What a fabulous tranquil oasis. Nothing was a problem for the helpful staff. Spotless spacious apartments, pool and gardens. A special thank you to chef Luca for his delicious food and exceptional welcome!

You can't get better customer service! The hotel, pool and grounds were absolutely beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and our room was spacious, our kitchen and bathroom were clean. Even though we didn't have need for them the kids playground and the fact that it is pet friendly were a lovely addition. But the best thing about this hotel without a doubt is the service, anytime we needed anything it was sorted for us with a friendly smile. We needed a last minute taxi and even on a Sunday morning they managed to find one for us. Without them we would've certainly missed our flight! 10/10 highly reccommend everything about this place! We will absolutely be back someday.
