Eala My Lakeside Dream is a resort and spa located north of Lake Garda and five minutes drive from the town of Lamone. My wife and I chose to stay at the Eala Resort and Spa for a five-night stay to celebrate our honeymoon. Overall, our stay at Eala Lake Garda Resort and Spa was good, let down by an unfortunate incident at the end. We liked the friendly staff, the spa and facilities and the decor of rooms and hotel. But we would have liked to see complimentary filtered water per night, more variety at the breakfast buffet, reliable Wi-Fi and the ability to iron our clothes without a fee. Spa and Facilities The hotel features a spa with an indoor pool, a relaxation room, two saunas, a steam room, an ice room and a whirlpool. The spa is one of the best we have experienced, is on par with the London Corinthia Hotel, but has the added benefit of a spectacular view of Lake Garda. During our stay, we opted for the fifty-minute couples massage. Our therapists and the treatment were excellent. Rooms and ammendaties The rooms are spacious and feature a modern design. All of the rooms come standard with a balcony and view of the lake, regardless of room type. We stayed in a deluxe room, which included a queen-sized bed, a separate bath and shower, and a Juliet sink. The included shower gels and soaps are the same products provided in the spa. They are easy on sensitive skin and feature a relaxing aroma. They’re some of the best products I've experienced in a hotel. Water is complimentary on the first day but will come at a fee for subsequent days. We got charged 16 euros at checkout for filtered water, which came as a surprise. There is no iron in the room and the hotel does not provide them. However, the hotel provides an ironing service, at a fee of between three - fifteen euros. To iron your T-shirt will cost you five euros. The lighting controls were not intuitive to use. It was difficult to identify what switch controlled what light. The washrooms in the hotel operate on sensors, which shut off whilst you are using them, so make sure you wave your arms around whilst doing your business. Food and service To start, you don't sign for anything in this hotel, so the only time you see a bill, except for spa services, is at the end of your stay. Instead, staff take your room number and then you order what you want. We felt that this was good and bad. There is nothing more annoying than staff members taking payment from other guests whilst you are trying to relax by the pool. However, sometimes mistakes can happen and to avoid nasty surprises at checkout, it's good to keep tabs on what you've been charged for. The resort features three restaurants, which include a lounge bar and grill. We ate at the poolside and breakfast area. The breakfast was good and offered a good selection of cereals, pastries and cold meats. However, it lacked variety and on the third day of our five-night stay, we became bored with the choices. We spent 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel is very nice, beautifully maintained. The staff are completely professional and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, from the breakfast, which was very varied to the wellness center, which could therefore be open longer than 19:00. The only thing we were disappointed about was our room, namely the bathroom. I understand that it is a historic building, but even the bathroom in a 3* really looks better. And one more detail, when you check out, you don't do it at the reception as is customary, but they take you to the ”office” where they are very nice, but you look at the work ”mess” and strewn files.

형언할 수 없는 아름다운 곳!! (내부 및 외부) - 독특합니다!! 빌라는 특별한 세부 사항으로 아름답게 꾸며져 있으며 객실은 매우 아름답고 깨끗하며 넓습니다. 바다의 전망은 꿈입니다. 방에서뿐만 아니라 테라스와 수영장에서도! 직원들은 가장 잘 훈련되어 있으며 매우 미성숙하며 특히 친절합니다. (리셉션, 방 청소, 페이지, 모든 서버, ...) 음식 (아침 식사 및 저녁 식사)은 매일 진정한 즐거움이었습니다. 와인 카드가 가장 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 리셉션에서 여행에 대한 좋은 정보를 제공했습니다. 주차가 가능합니다. 여기 정말 적절한 것보다 더 훌륭한 추수 감사절이 있습니다 !!!

나는 꿈의 꿈의 방을 가지고 있었다. 내가 발견 한 방과 욕실은 비교적 오래되었습니다. 에어컨은 열에 대한 성능조차 없었습니다. 건물 전체가 1930s.의 타임 머신처럼 내부에서 작동했습니다. 그러나 : 호텔의 모든 직원은 정말 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 그것은 훌륭한 수업이었습니다.

Everything was perfect at the hotel. The staff were just so lovely! Our suite was gorgeous and private and hearing the lake whilst we were sitting on our terrace is a memory we won’t forget. Great accommodation and incredible breakfast looking over the lake. Our evening meal in the Italian restaurant was delicious and complete with the theatre of the white truffle. We will return most definitely! The only negative was not the fault of the hotel - but just a watch out - the taxi driver charged 18 euros before we had even set off on our journey …. Difficult to question this as I don’t speak Italian!

Si inizia non bene con un addetto alla sbarra del parcheggio che ti invoglierebbe ad andare da un altra parte tanto sprizza simpatia da tutti i pori. Poi per fortuna reception eccellente (un grazie a Deep). Un piccolo problema di armadietto gestito benissimo. Poi iniziano le varie sale, saune, cascate,bagni turchi, piscine di tutti i tipi sia interne sia esterne con vigorosi idromassaggi. Spettacolare la piscina in cui vengono proiettati su un gigantesco monitor a 180 gradi alcuni filmati con musica ed effetti di pioggia vento e nebbia. Pranzo a buffet sufficiente in una bella corte o in sale interne. Pomeriggio si riprendono le varie attività sino all”aperitivo (compreso nel prezzo di ingresso). Servite in piccoli contenitori di vetro ci sono cose di un livello che definire basso è poco, nonostante il prezzo sia di circa 100 euro a persona al giorno. Questo aperitivo è davvero pessimo e certo non in linea con quanto farebbe presupporre la bellezza del posto. Una giornata (per fortuna non troppo affollata) di relax che basterebbe poco a rendere migliore.
