I'm sorry...5 stars just aren't enough to rate this wonderful bed and breakfast! My husband and I spent Valentine's Day weekend at this absolutely charming inn. Our room was super clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was amazing, and our Valentine's Day dinner was beyond belief! I mean, who celebrates Valentine's Day in a private dining room, with a menu that is out of this world?! We had filet mignon (BEST EVER!), fresh green beans, scrumptious baked potatoes, and a chocolate lava cake to die for! Thank you, Larry & Patricia, for making our trip and our "18-years since me and my husband met" anniversary extra special!!!! You guys are amazing!!!!!

What a wonderful experience my wife and I had. The owners exceeded our expectations in making our stay an enjoyable one. They were very cordial and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the conversation was informative and felt like family time. The room was comfortable and was cozy. It was our first bed and breakfast experience and Gracefield Hall is the only one we want to go back to.

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience during our three night stay at Gracefield Hall Bed and Breakfast in Providence Forge, VA. Larry and Paticia went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We were in the area to bike the Virginia Capital Trail. We needed to start our days early to get on the trail so Larry and Patricia made sure to have our breakfast and coffee ready for our early start. And wow, what a breakfast!! A hearty serving of fresh fruits, french taost, bacon, and eggs benedict were just a few of our choices. Most importantly, we found the home to be warm and inviting, but at the same time providing privacy when we wanted it. Our room and bathroom were immaculatly clean and well appointed with an awesome bed. Perhaps our favorite part of our stay was getting the opportunity to visit and chat with Paticia and Larry - and we got to meet Bristol! One of the most beautiful sweet dogs you will ever meet! We will be back soon!

Personalized care, comfortable accommodations, beautiful location. A magical experience. Location is just 45 minutes from historical Jamestown and very close to the Virginia Capital Trail, for biking or walking. Vineyards and wine tasting nearby. Host owners, Patricia and Larry are happy to help you with all your planning and experiential needs.

My wife and I stayed at the Gracefield Hall B & B on April 15th after riding the 34 miles of the VA Capital Trail from Richmond. The meticulously detailed and researched Colonial home that Larry & Patricia shared with us was truly a work of detail, passion, research and exactitude. Every small detail was planned during construction after years of volunteering with Colonial Williamsburg. It was spotless, comfortable, welcoming and most importantly relaxing. In the mountains on a quiet piece of solitude. We were fed a delicious full course lasagna meal ( upon request) and an equally delicious breakfast. My only regret is not staying longer. I truly cannot say enough. Especially if you are riding the VA Capital Trail, and enjoy colonial history or architecture. We will be back!

The leaves on the trees were changing color which made the forest around the grounds even more beautiful! Patricia and Larry were so knowledgeable about the surrounding area and the history of Williamsburg, Jamestown, and York Town. The breakfast varied and was fabulous every morning! We never left hungry heading out on our adventure for the day. So much history to see in the nearby area - and the wineries were also an unexpected treat. We will definitely go back!

Gracefield Hall Bed n Breakfast. Larry and Patricia were wonderful hosts. The value for this step back into coastal colonial times, so worth it! Beautiful accommodations, clean, country, safe. About 20 min to Colonial trifecta. Both are a wealth of information about the sites. Breakfast was delish and made to order! Great attention to detail to make you feel welcome.

We went to celebrate my birthday and the owners were wonderful! They go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasurable as it can be. The meals were great and you won’t leave hungry. Definitely worth the stay!
