Just returned after amazing 11 night stay and wow what a great hotel with great and attentive friendly staff all round. The all round high standards are very good with a very clean environment throughout. The staff work hard to make your stay one to remember. The entertainment team Valentino and Judit were excellent and very friendly, the magic from Valentino was very good. The food was excellent (probably the best we have had abroad anywhere) with an excellent selection every day, you can see the chefs and the waitering satff take great pride in the service they provide. The bar staff were excelllent and very friendly all round a very good experinence in a very nice hotel with great staff thank you

Very good hotel, fresh, clean and very friendly staff. Everything was always clean and the food was very good. Maybe the pools were a bit cold but otherwise we are very happy with our stay. I would recommend others to go there. The kidsclub activities and staff were amazing.

My partner and I, aged 25, recently stayed at Vangelis, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a lovely sunny day. The service was impeccable, all of the staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met promptly and with a smile. Special shoutout to Issak in the Venus restaurant, what a lovely guy, so attentive and always had a smile. The entertainment team, Valentino and Judit, were always so lovely and friendly with great variety of entertainment through day and evening. A little bit quiet when we went but I can imagine will pick up in the main season for sure. Lovely reception team and lobby bar staff too, Karlos, Joanna & Chetis all went above and beyond. I crossed, what I think was, the maintenance man on the stairs who was so polite and smily. We really felt so looked after by all staff. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding; I was impressed by how pristine everything was, from the lobby to the rooms. The food - divine! Each meal was a delight, with a wide variety of options to cater to every taste. Huge foodies here and normally eat out several times in different countries but we really didn’t feel the need to hear as the food was so lovely and variable. Overall, our stay at Vangelis definitely exceeded all expectations, 1000% worthy of its 4 stars. We can't wait to return. Thank you team!

This hotel was very nice and spotlessly clean and tidy. The staff are all polite and friendly and provide great service. The room was clean bright, comfortable and modern. The thing that would improve the room for all inclusive guests is to provide drinks in the fridges, can’t see an issue as the drinks are free anyway. The food was a very good standard for all inclusive and was well presented and looked after by efficient staff. Some feedback that would improve the food is to ensure hot food was hot. The hot food was never very hot which was a shame. The day time snacks at the pool were poor quality and again cold. Another thing I noticed was that there was nowhere to get a snack later in the evening and although this did not bother me I know if I had travelled with my partner he would have wanted food late on. Overall a lovely place and it has the potential to be great with a few minor adjus**ents.

I stayed in this hotel a few times about 20 years ago with my family when I was a child. I remember the location being perfect and always feeling safe so decided it would be nice to revisit with my own children. I was not let down. The hotel was perfect, it was clean with plenty of facilities, the food was great - we intended to eat out a few nights but we ended up not bothering because we were so happy with the food in the hotel. The staff work really hard to make sure the guests are happy and enjoying their time with them, they all take pride in their work and it shows. Although the hotel is quite central in Protaras it wasn’t loud at night. I’d 100% recommend and we’re looking at returning soon.

We had an amazing experience at Vangelis hotel in Protaras Cyprus. A very good report price/quality. Good food, friendly and professional staff and great entertainment team. Judit and Viktoria who's daily entertaining kids but not only and Mr. Valentino who's simply Magic. Keep it up the same guys, you're doing a great job!

nice hotel and staff, everything worked great. very functional wi-fi. gluten-free beer available at no extra charge (all inclusive). the beach is also 500m away, there is also a super market 200m away. Lidl can also be found further away..

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful from start to finish. The hotel was very clean and beautifully furnished. The beds and pillows were very comfortable which led to rest ful sleep. The doors to the balcony blocked out the noise to the bars and restaurants on the front. The food was excellent and there was plenty to choose from. Great holiday, planning to come back next year
