Nice hotel. All fantanstic.Execellent location..Outstanding customer service to all staff members

Blue Ivy is a very nice hotel with a great location in Protaras area. I would reccomend it mainly for families. It has one pool for adults and one pool for kids. The adults pool is nice but I expected it a bit larger for the size of the hotel... The restaurant is exactly near the adults pool and it's very decent. Breakfast is superb and staff is super nice. Overall I had a good experience.

This is our 4th time at this outstanding hotel , Every visit just gets better each time , we would not even consider staying anywhere else in Protaras as the service and cleanliness is out of this world! Nicos the manager and all the staff are absolutely superb , Whatever the issue or problem. You might run into they will sort it out immediately ! The food and restaurant staff are top notch and nothing is too much , Dave from reception is an absolute super professional chap as is Nikolai who runs the bar in the evening he can’t do enough for you to make you feel like you want to stay and enjoy the experience ! In a nutshell this is the place to head to in Protaras and a shout out to the pool bar chap who made us the drinks and was really helpful ! Nicos the manager is probably the most kindest and professional man I have met in very long time and he makes the blue ivy work

A week away with friends and what a lovely hotel this is .Firstly the bad points and not many. The photos make the hotel look like it is in a quiet stand alone area .Sadly it is hemmed in buy other hotels and overlooked .on a busy street down to the beach and boats. Beach buggies are roaring about the streets out side quite often, mainly young ,inexperienced show-offs hence the noise. Our balcony did look down the street to the sea (2 blocks down) but very open with low clear glass sides all along the row of rooms and could see everyone on their balconies and not at all private, although the higher rooms were better The good points, were very good. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. The food was extremely good and varied and the chefs spent a lot of time producing a wonderful choice from so many countries .Excellent ,and it was appreciated by most. The staff I have to say were Exceptional .From The managers down, all the staff were only to glad to help. Special thanks to VERA,DAVID on Reception,SHERRY,HASMA and Karolina who always went over and above the call of duty and worked so very hard to please, Thank you to you all for making this holiday very special.Overall,a very lovely time .

Just finished a lovely week here at the Blue Ivy Hotel and Suites. Very enjoyable and made all the more special by the warm welcome from Nicos, David and their team. They made it for us, so huge thanks. My wife has had so many serious health issues and this holiday nearly didn’t happen, so the kindness of all the staff has made it even more memorable for us. Second time here … it’s better than ever This time although we had a jet2 B&B package to the Blue Ivy hotel we decided to upgrade our stay to all inclusive something which we never do .David on reception sorted everything for us. The reason the food ! Absolutely fantastic ! The restaurant team and I mean team including the management to the chefs to the waiting staff cannot do enough for you mind you that said the whole hotel staff are exactly the same . We had a standard room which is great spotlessly cleaned every day. The boss Nicos is a great chap always checking on everyone and rightly he is so proud of his Hotel and especially the restaurant! We have already booked to return next year as it’s a fantastic place and a credit to all staff Oh and by the way the bar manager mixes the best cocktails ever .. do the wife tells me. Met some great people who like us are already booking this place for their return. Honestly it’s like a home from home.

We came to Blue Ivy on the 21st April 2024, and what can I say! From the second of entering the hotel, we were greatest with David and the most welcoming hello! We were given water, a sandwich & a Blue Ivy (signature cocktail which was amazing)! He explained everything to me and my partner in detail for our stay at the hotel. We stayed in room 410 (side sea view suite which was gorgeous). The room along with the whole hotel was clean throughout the whole stay - nothing was every too much for the housekeeping team. You can get daily beach towels changed daily from the housekeeping office which is amazing. The hotel is a short walk from the ***** & also to the beach. The food here is incredible! Each night is a different theme, I would definitely recommend. The food is fresh, and there was never never any empty food in the trays as it was consently refreshed. The bar manager both at the main bar and also pool bar were friendly and welcoming each drink was made to perfection. Even making sure we had water for our return journey. On our last day they had a live violist - when the staff from housekeeping and restaurant done a little dance it was amazing and it got everyone around the pool cheering and enjoying the moment. This is one of the highlights from my moment here to show the staff are truly for the guests. The GM Nicos was always around ensuring the guests were happy and ensuring their holiday was the best the hotel could give. I could not recommend this hotel enough to people! Every memeber of Blue Ivy staff would go above and beyond for you. I look forward to returning to this hotel again with my husband, it has left incredible memories and a place in my heart. Stayed at this resort from 22nd May for 2 weeks - all inclusive. We were on the 4th floor - room 415. Hotel was superb from the 1st till my last day. Accommodation was spacious with a large bed, fridge plenty of hanging space. Great shower facilities as well and tea/coffee making facilities. Food was amazing with a different theme every evening from countries around the world. Breakfast and lunch was also first class. The restaurant itself was spotless and all the catering staff were were finely trained to make the dining experience as best as it could be. Pool areas ( 1 adults at front and 1 for children at rear ) were immaculate - with a great hotel rule - NO ENTRY TILL 8.00 AM - worked at treat!! Pool towels were free and changed every day. Pool Bar outside and Main bar inside hotel. Hotel location was 5 mins walk to the best beach in Cyprus - absolutely stunning. I just have to mention some of the staff- Nicos the General Manager who charmed everyone of his guests on a daily basis - he really had "charisma". Elani who is the Housekeeping manager - always greets with a huge smile and dedication to detail. Waiting staff - special mentions to Vera, Filios Alex. Pool Bar - Michalis - a cocktail magician Main Bar - Nikolai - a master of his craft and a good juggler. Peter - Lifeguard and cold drink and refresher Reception - David - a genuinely warm and welcoming employee There are virtually no negatives about this hotel except that the main pool area is adjacent to the main road to the beach so it gets a bit noisy but wont stop us from returning - well done everyone for making our holiday special

I cannot recommend this hotel and the staff highly enough. We stayed last year and the hotel is beautiful, clean and modern. The staff, food and service were so fantastic we decided to return in May. Unfortunately my husband became seriously ill the day after we arrived and spent the entire holiday in hospital. The hotel manager Nico and assistant manager Tryfonas were genuinely outstanding. They really looked after me, taking me to the hospital several times each day, organising an upgraded room and board package and sending food to the hospital for my husband. The care and compassion we received was above and beyond. I am so grateful for their kindness and am sure we would not have received this treatment in any other hotel or country. The other hotel staff were also fantastic - cleaners, receptionist, waiters and pool attendant were all very concerned about my husband and couldn’t do enough to help us. I am so grateful for the care we received. (Room 205). Thank you.
