Inside is all new furniture, appliances, granite bar/countertops and 4 more smart TVs including in 2 of the bedrooms. Easy drive to the beach and all that Melbourne has to offer. Relax in style without the huge crowds. SECURITYThe property is protected by 5 security cameras around the perimeter of the house. Two in the front yard overlooking the driveway and front door, one along the side of the house overlooking the side garage entrance and two in the backyard overlooking the back entrance and pool area. These cameras are not actively monitored but are used by authorities in case of a safety or security incident at the property. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this home centrally-located in downtown Melbourne. The house has three bedrooms, two queen beds and two twin beds. There is also a pullout couch in the den area to accommodate additional guests. located only 10 minutes from Melbourne beach, 30 mins from cocoa beach, 4 minutes from Melbourne airport, 5 minutes from the mall and 2 minutes from a Publix grocery store. The yard is completely fenced in and has a hammock and palm trees providing shade. The pool goes from 3ft to 7ft and life jackets are provided. There is a fire pit in the backyard as well as a grill. Kayak is free to use and Dogs are allowed, there is a $50 fee PER pet.
