The detached holiday home is located in the center of Premantura, the small village on the extreme southern tip of the Istrian peninsula, with an adjacent landscape of the protected nature park "Cape Kamenjak".
Visit the beautiful beaches with crystal clear water around Premantura. From the object to the beach it is 600 meters in every direction!
The closest grocery store and small village market are 50 meters from the house. Several restaurants can be reached in the immediate vicinity.
The house with 110 m² living space on two floors and offers enough space for 8 people. Large family with children, friendship group or two family friends - everyone will find pleasure in the house "ELLA"!
The house has gas heating and can also be booked all year round.

Abwechslungsreicher Urlaub am Meer mit leider nur 3 Bedetagen
Abwechslung war sehr viel, leider war die nächste Bademöglichkeit weiter weg als gedacht. Das Apartment war für uns 4 Erwachsene mit Baby perfekt, nur das Wetter war leider nicht so perfekt

Urlaub in Premantura
Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien, das Haus war perfekt für unsere 9 köpfige Familie.
Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Inhaber des Hauses, schnelle Problemlösung/ Hilfe bei fragen.
10-15 min Fussweg zum Strand. Die Strände waren perfekt und auch sehr sauber.
Pula und auch Medulin waren um die Ecke für Größere Einkäufe (zb.Lidl.)
Sonst gibt es um die Ecke einen Lebensmittel Laden sowie Bäckerei und auch an Restaurants mangelte es nicht.
Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt jedem und würden sogar jederzeit wieder Buchen.
