블리스 호텔 프랄린(Bliss Hotel Praslin)

Ishan is the best employee of the hôtel. Very nice and polite Always smiling. Very good service at the restaurant. Very efficient. Food was nice, staff always kind for breakfast, lunch and donner. Drinks are fine too

This was a well managed hotel, with a staff team that were always friendly and helpful, whether in-house or gardeners. We were welcomed by staff who genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. Fluent in French and English, and maybe more. Room was comfortable. A la carte menu was not extensive but was supplemented with a specials board. Service was relaxed, so no rushing around, never hurried. Meals were tasty and nicely prepared.

I liked the “concept” of eco friendly hotel and the decorating accessories. But ... the cleanliness of the room is not adequate, dirty swimming pools, broken toilet seat, drowned bathroom after showers, poor breakfast buffet, you cannot swim in the beach in September, the affiliated car rental agency has bad attitude and broken cars, unhelpful reception, at night the artificial swamp has super noisy frogs, windows shutters without privacy … etc

This hotel is a simple but very adorable place to stay in Praslin, the grounds are very natural and beautiful. Highlights are - big turtle yard with 10+ giant turtles - we could see them from out window, pleasant décor, direct beach access, good pool, friendly staff, nice restaurant

The property was well maintained. The room was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They areanged transportation for us and suggested local restaurants. They were very accommodating.

A lovely small boutique hotel with lots of attention to decor. A great place to chill for a few days. Food was good although service could have been more attentive. There were 2 pools to choose from and complimentary afternoon tea and cake. Also happy hour with reduced bar prices. The free pool table was a nice touch too. Right next to the beach too.

This was the most beautiful hotel for us, everything perfectly met our wishes and even beyond! The garden bungalows are spread in a wonderful tropical garden and there is a lot of privacy. The breakfast and the food at the restaurant are awesomne! The hotel and the rooms are very clean with a lot of love for the detail! But the best thing was the people who work there. Nowhere else were we met as friendly as here. Laila the director of this hotel, was welcoming us warm, very friendly and polite and was very accommodating! She offered us the most stunning stay at this beautiful place and was open to all our wishes and adapted everything we needed for us! Thank you so much Laila! And everyone else who works there, was very friendly too! From Dominic at the rrontdesk and all the others, till the restaurant, gardener room cleaning service etc.. In the restaurant we were served very kindly and warm by Denise, Kirk, Clara and Rabi. Kirk served us as well at the daily 4 oclock tea and cake time at the poolside, made us smile and gave us a wonderful happy and peaceful time!! And Denise the waitress was super accomodating, she even figuered out the phone number of a local little girl, that my daughter was playing with the other day. Thanks to her that finally we found the parents and could make an arrangement that these two girls could see and play together again! The local gardener ( i am so sorry i forgot the name) took a lot of time for our litte daughter to show her how to give a shower to the turtles and to feed them. She had a blast ! The other brought us some coconuts from thr garden,mmh delicious! After we left these heaven on earth, and left for la Digue, we changed our plans after arrival on La Digue and went back to the Bliss hotel, cause nothing was comperable to this place! So we decided to cancel our hotel in La Digue and went back to our home away from home. All together we spent there all 11 days and every day was worth it! Thanks so much to all these guys and i am sorry i can't mention all the names of this beautiful people there. There is a supermarket only few mimutes from the hotel, a bus stop directly in front.They offer to rent a car and taxi service. If someone wanna do Kitsurfing or Windsurfing, this is THE secret place to be!!! but bring your own material, there are no possibilities to rent. We can HIGHLY recommend our beautiful home away from home to everyone that wanna enjoy a very peaceful and calm place.

This hotel is charming. If you are looking for rustic, clean, great use of local products like wood and shells, with friendly service, well priced food right on the beach, then this is the place for you. Yes some of the rooms are across a road, but don't let that deter you. It's only a short walk to reception and no there aren't any phones in the room, but if you do have any problems there are always staff on hand throughout the grounds only too willing to help. With security very good at the resort. We stayed in a superior room, which was clean and delightfully dressed with local shells and wood. This created a romantic touch with the low lighting. On the patio were a table and chairs which we used almost every day. The air conditioning worked a dream which is essential in the climate. There are two pools, the beach side pool was always busy, but the garden pool was always quiet, we opted for there! There is a Pool table and a tennis court and a small gym. We enjoyed massages at the spa and the sunsets of an evening were awesome, every single night. Tip is to wait 20 mins after sunset when the sky turns the most amazing colours. We dined at the restaurant only twice as we wanted to experience the local cuisine, this turned out to be a very expensive choice as the hotel restaurant is well priced for the Seychelles and the food was very good. There are restaurants within walking distance, roughly 10 minutes on a pavement not lit, but with a good torch very pleasant. There are also some fabulous eateries within 20 mins drive. We found breakfast very good, but the selection of options is limited, which we have fed back. The free cake and tea at 4pm is a really lovely treat as is the daily happy hours, especially from 2pm till 7pm Friday and Saturday!! The staff are friendly and happy to serve in any way they can. We chose to hire a car for the duration of our stay, but the bus stop is just outside the hotel if you fancy some fun! We would suggest a trip to Anse Georgette, Anse Lazio and some of the adjacent islands, all ideal for excellent snorkeling. La Digue is definitely a must too. We also enjoyed long beach walks from the hotel in both directions. There is a lot of seaweed, but we preferred this side of the island as it's quieter and the sunsets are awesome. We will be returning.

Fabulous location, beautiful beach of powdery~white sand. Very comfy room tastefully decorated. Lovely restaurant setting overlooking pool. Attentive and friendly service with excellent food choices.Would not hesitate to recommend this idyllic haven of peace and tranquility.
