Situation idéale, proche de la rue principale et des quelques supérettes et hôtels mais au calme et vraiment devant la grande plage de Volbert. Bungalows de grande taille avec tout le confort et très propre. Tellement propre que nous pensions que c'était fraîchement rénové ! Acceuil souriant et agréable par la maîtresse de maison très serviable. Un excellent choix si on ne souhaite pas aller à l'hôtel. Il faut juste savoir qu'il n'y a pas de service de nettoyage les dimanches, jour de relâche. Un excellent choix à faire les yeux fermés.

A wonderful location on an amazing beach. The place is beautiful and well-kept and the villas are spacious, comfortable and with everything you need for self-catering. Pleasant staff and always ready to help. We enjoyed it beyond expectations and we plan to come back!

We stayed in a duplex, 2 bedroom villa for 5 nights at the end of October 2024. Fantastic stay. Excellent, professional and friendly, Annia is really what makes this place special. The rooms are beautifully furnished with huge, very comfortable beds, huge showers with plenty of clean, hot water, excellent kitchen facilities and comfortable living area inside and out - it has everything you need and the staff keep the rooms exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful. Pool is a great size, extremely clean and always had free sunbeds. The beach is just simply gorgeous, with white sand and clear, warm water - never crowded. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to step away from the hotel experience of having to attend meal times as the self-catering aspect really gives you the freedom to choose when and what you eat. Conveniently placed close to local shops, diving centres and restaurants, everything we needed was at hand. When we wanted to go further, Annia was happy to help us with transport, whether it was car hire or taxis. An excellent stay...wish we were back there.

Cote Dor Footprints was a wonderful experience! Although my stay was short, the villa was immaculately clean, and had all possible amenities that I required. Annia and her team were attentive, responsive and most helpful. The establishment is less than a 10-minute walk from some of Praslin’s most consistently popular restaurants, and is also seconds away from one of the island’s most beautiful and popular beaches. I’d definitely revisit this place (and stay longer)!

We booked the two bedroom villa in the front row (all ground floor, not the two-story-buildings in the second row). The villa was very spacious and clean, with two bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. There is an aircon in every sleeping room and a big terrace facing the garden, the pool and the beach. The host is very welcoming and helpful and you get free (guarded) parking. There is a nice little pool and - the best of all - one of the most beautiful beaches in the Seychelles just in front. Shops, restaurants and take-aways are all located within walking distance. The only downsides: - quite aggressive sandflies at the beach (not fault of host) - for us the beds were way too hard Alltogether a perfect selection for a family vacation

Location is great near ocean, garden with swimpool beautiful. Beach ⛱️ is long and flat for walking and running. So many crabs around 😃 Kayaking around nearest small island is amazing. Staff is friendly, always want to help. Bottle of wine and fruits complimentary when we arrived. In house all equipment, include coffee machine Nespresso. Thanks for all 🙏
