I had always love staying in Accruase Paradise for the past 5 years. My last stay this 2025 was very unpleasant! Breakfast and customer service was very very poor. During breakfast, no water or juice was provided and when I inquired, I was informed that water had to be ordered separately. In my opinion, water should be included with meals as a basic courtesy and safety measure, especially since someone could easily choke without access to water. My daughter didn’t finished her food because the bread was dried and she had to eat it without water. The next morning we woke up to find a pool of water just outside our door. We had to walk through it in order to access the down stairs for our breakfast, which was quite inconvenient. On our second day in the afternoon, there was construction work taking place near our room, and we had to crawl on our knees to access our room due to obstructed walkways. During the evening, construction was still ongoing, and we were unable to access our room to take shower or even change our clothes after a lot day. I’ve always enjoyed staying at Accruase Residence and have even spoken highly of it to others, including my family. When I complained to management I was told I was entitled to 2 bottles a day which I never received any. Unfortunately, their experience has been less than satisfactory. I will not stay at this place again and will not recommend this place again. I have already complained to them and provided feedback in the hope that it will contribute to improving guest experiences in the future for future guests .

Stay away from this place at all cost regardless Stay away from this place, as a Spanish experienced traveller, I had never had to leave a place due to poisoning and environmental conditions. First of all, the pictures they advertise on their website are not he same as when you arrive there The place is teared down. There is no access to the beach at all (theres a fake beach photo from a "private beach"), we had to walk through rocks to get to a full of rubbish beach, the gardens are not the same, their room was not as the pictures, their AC wasn't working , we stayed since they upgraded us to a better room but we had to leave urgently to the hospital due to food posioning and the environment lack of hygiene standards, We left 2 nights early because we only were getting more sick there and there has not been refund from them. The whole experience was awful, I personally had consequences for this and I am considering to take further legal action. I do not recommend at all this place nor their surroundings.

This has the potential of being a 5 star hotel, The pictures are just as it is in real life! It’s a little off the beaten track but worth the ride. Beautiful rooms and ambiance. Management Michelle did an exceptional service after a small grievance. Lydia from desk and Charles on the premises went out their way to ensure everything was working as it ought, excellent customer service. Slight minus mark was the breakfast, the order form was a bit too small to see what to order plus a couple of mornings the breakfast was overcooked,. Jeana on the bar, just needs to be a bit more attentive when a customer is standing over you for 5 minutes, but being a customer service manager in the UK makes me more aware of these minor incidents but it didn’t spoil an absolutely lovely place to stay.

Seeing the hotel at first, it wasnt to bad. However, the swimming pool wasnt accessible over our stay. Beach access via a different guesthouse only. Roof terrace is in a poor state. Food and drinks just on top limit and could have been better. The back "garden" is absolutely not recommend. The hotel generally isnt bad, but how it is managed! For free in room water you will have to ask! They don't refill, as it should. Same applies to tea or coffe. However, offering this, is a good idea. Again: management. There is only one other nearby hotel, with beach access and swimming pool. We didn't like their rooms. Otherwise, it would have been our first choice. PramPram town is quiet away and you will need transportation. Overall, we won't go there again.

A quiete place which met my expectation of a resting option. Staff were available to sort out any complaint

This property has beautiful landscaping and a peaceful serene environment. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was very good and we enjoyed our stay.
