호텔 푸르푸르(Hotel PurPur)

The hotel is walkable from the city centre and the main train station! There are lots of restaurants nearby and night is quite quiet! The room is clean with a little kitchen. The toilet is clean and quite big. Recommend!

Albergo pessimo, accoglienza altrettanto pessima. Le camere all'ingresso odoravano di rifiuti umani (per essere fine), e i letti puzzavano di urina. I ragazzi alla reception non ci hanno nemmeno voluto ascoltare e ci hanno ignorato altamente. Inoltre son stati alquanto scortesi e, oserei dire, ci hanno truffato: hanno prenotato il transfert sia per l'andata che per il ritorno, e nessuno glielo ha chiesto. Avevo già personalmente prenotato il trasferimento e ignaro del loro piano, all'arrivo all'aeroporto siamo andati con il loro transfert, ignari di tutto ciò. La sorpresa è arrivata all'albergo quando ci hanno detto di pagare il totale. Una truffa unica. -10 stelle su 5.

Magnífico hotel. A sólo 300 metros de Karlovo Namesti y a 1 km. d eStare Mesto. Habitaciones limpias, cómodas, silenciosas y con cocineta equipada. Desayuno básico incluído, nada mal para empezar el día. El personal de recepción muy amable, eficiente y servicial. La cama muy cómoda. La calle donde se encuentra este hotel muy tranquila.

Arrivo all'hotel alle 22:00. Non vi è nessuno alla reception, nonostante sul sito ci fosse scritto "check-in dalle 14 alle 24", ne tantomeno mi viene inviata comunicazione per check-in automatico. Prima sera sono costretto a pernottare da un'altra parte. L' indomani mi reco presso il suddetto hotel "purpur" per accedere finalmente all mia camera (avevo pagato l'intera cifra online). Mi viene risposto che la mia camera non era più disponibile perchè non avevo fatto il check-in e che vi era un'altra camera disponibile che però avrei dovuto pagare di nuovo, nonostante il disservizio e il danno che mi avevano arrecato. VERGOGNA!

Property is in very poor condition. Kitchenette is horrible. Curtains does not cover the windows, shower head unit leaks cold water when u use the handset. But what the worst of all was the staff. Horrible absolutely horrible customer service. Very very poor communication skills. Location of the property is good. But rest simply terrible. I won’t stay there ever again.

Well, we weren’t expecting much as the price of the hotel is low, but great for it’s value and location. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a great nights sleep and it was cool in the heat of summer. Please note, it is a complete lie that reception is 24 hours. It shuts at 9pm. And - there is no free wifi unless you’re at reception. We can cope with this but it is falsely stated in their advertisement. Here is where it gets bad - when we checked into the room it smelt of strong mens deodorant. I opened a window and came back later to realise the drains in our bathroom smelt AWFUL. The deodorant was a cover up. We were almost gagging. I tried a lot of things to make this go away. The limescale on the shower head was so bad it barely ran, and so I cleaned this myself…I also cleaned the kettle throughly. Next visitors who stay here, you’re welcome! Then, the electricity turned off. We went down to reception and asked what could be done. The woman said we should just ‘sleep’ and thought this was an acceptable answer. She said it would be fixed tomorrow and there was nothing to be done. I decided this was not ok. I said I would appreciate if something could be done as we need to shower, charge our phones etc and the room will be pitch black. She said ‘I am just a receptionist there is nothing I can do’. I am a receptionist too, so I understand how it all works. There should be a manager or maintenance person to hand. I get she isn’t an electrician. She said she would only contact the manager in emergency and that we were ‘too late’. I said it wasn’t our fault the power decided to turn off at 7.30pm? I of course asked for financial compensation and was told to deal with this the next day. I said ok, I will speak to management tomorrow as the conversation was going nowhere. I asked if I could buy water from the fridge in reception and she said I could drink it out of the tap in our room. I asked why I can’t just buy a bottle out of the fridge as the tap water comes out cloudy. She said she doesn’t have a key to the fridge. There were also ants milling around on the last couple days of our stay. Vile. I hope I get my money back for the night of no electricity. If it wasn’t for the electricity and lack of care from the staff then this stay would have been good for value. I told the staff at checkout and we didn’t even get an apology. I will be taking this further!

Este lugar (porque no se le puede llamar hotel, apartahotel, ni nada parecido) ha sido una experiencia mala tras otra. Al llegar, lo primero que nos sorprende es algo que, por lo menos a mí nunca me ha pasado en ningún hotel nunca, es que nos piden pagar una fianza de 1.000 coronas (unos 40€) y que al final de la estancia se nos devolvería. Llegamos a la habitación y no tiene nada que ver con lo que se ve en las fotos, una habitación sucia que no fue barrida en días, llena de papeles y mierdas en varias en el suelo, el cuarto de baño sucio, el lavabo con mucha suciedad, etc. Lo que nos sorprende realmente es que la habitación que nos dan da de cara a una serie de edificios en muy mal estado, y con unas pintas un poco raras, pero no es eso lo que nos sorprende, si no la poca seguridad que tenía el mismo hotel, ya que sinceramente lo primero que pensé fue de cambiarnos de habitación, ya que no teníamos ningún tipo de seguridad, ya que la puerta era de pomo, no teníamos cierre! Y las ventanas tampoco es que fueran de mucha ayuda. Las noches se hicieron un poco largas, ya que hemos pasado una ola de calor en el país y teníamos que dejar las ventanas abiertas ya que no teníamos ni aire acondicionado, ni ventilador si quiera... El tema de la ducha sinceramente daba mucha grima. Meterse en un baño tan sucio, en la que las cortinas estaban llenas de suciedad, literalmente estaban de otro color que no era blanco, sobre todo por abajo, y por no hablar de como se deja el cuarto de baño después de una ducha... también tuvimos que comprarnos un champú, porque ni si quiera te ponían más que dos sobres (que no dan ni para media ducha) para dos personas. Por último, a la hora de irnos (sobre las 7 de la mañana), teníamos que hacer el check out y entregar las llaves y recoger la fianza de 1.000 coronas. Íbamos un poco con prisas porque teníamos que irnos al aeropuerto, y el horario de la recepción era de 7 a 21, pero no llegaba nadie. Estuvimos llamando al teléfono que encontrábamos (supuestamente 24h disponibles) pero nadie respondía. No llegó nadie hasta algo más de las 7:15 de la mañana. Supuestamente me devuelven la fianza poniendo la tarjeta, y me dieron un papel, pero por lo que he leído en varios comentarios, pasa meses y no llega... a ver que me espera con esto último.
