The hotel is clean, comfortable, well looked after and the service is absolutely excellent, the hotel lives up to the good name that Premier Inn has nationally.

Its a great hotel which is quite near the beach. Its fantastic and services are very good so it's worth to stay again

The free wifi is very slow. Then you need to pay extra £5 to have reasonably fast wifi connection. Haven't seen this in other hotels. Won't recommend.

It is a great location for where we were going. Only a few minutes walk from the Guildhall. Unfortunately the air con wasn't working in our room so it was way too hot and our sleep was poor. Breakfast is great, such a variety of choices. We have been before and will come again. This time we just had to leave early on departure as the heat in the room was uncomfortable. We only stayed one night though.

Great if you like saunas! We went the weekend after the recent heatwave but the room was like an absolute sauna. When you walked in it was like a wall of humidity hitting you. The ‘air con’ made no difference and the only way we could sleep was by propping the door open as the corridor was so much cooler. We raised it with reception the next morning and they said they would get someone to look and provide some fans for the room. When we returned at the end of the day the ‘air con’ so switched off and we could r switch it on and there were no fans. Rather that spend another night there we left a day early and drove back home. There were no opening windows and it appeared the extractor in the bathroom wasn’t working either. We won’t be returning here.

We couldn’t fault the staff but the trouble is that there aren’t enough of them. Premier Inn cutbacks are not just confined to staff levels either. Little by little, extras like tea and coffee, and toiletries are whittled away, whilst you have to ask at reception if you want the room cleaning.
