Super beautiful Apartment with nice inventory. In the kitchen were all the essentials. The refrigerator is big enough to store food and drinks for some days. Everything was clean and the staff was super nice and helpful. The location is good because the natural sea baths are only 3 Minutes away and you also receive free entry from the hotel.

Just a fantastic stay from A to Z! The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming, with a great attention to detail. Breakfast, spas, restaurants, the room... everything was just awesome!

This is a cute hotel with all studio rooms with kitchenette and an extra day bed that fits 3 people. The room is small but very well designed to maximize space. The balcony is a nice touch. The room feels very comfortable. Rooftop sundeck also has a jacuzzi that we loved after swimming in the cold natural ocean pools. Breakfast is at the main hotel, not too big but adequate. It’s a great value and the staff were really nice.

Perfecto nothing to Say more ! Amazing team ! We will come back for sure ! The 3 restaurants are good and also the breakfast ! Pools, jaccuzi, sauna and hammam was clean ! We had some gift like a welcome cocktail, a bottle of blue sparkling wine, Apple marmelade before going ! I recommand you this hôtel !!

We spent 8 nights in the hotel and we couldn’t have chosen a better accommodation. Amazing staff, beautiful amenities, excellent breakfast. We might come back to Madeira just to stay here again. Thanks to all staff for making our family so welcomed

Fantastic, spacious, immaculate clean room, little kitchen, nespresso machine, comfortable really big bed, great balcony with a bootle of blue wine waiting for us, rooftop terrace with seats and sunbeds and a hottub, breakfast on the ocean view terrace of the hotel a minute walking away with stunning views of the cliffs, the natural pools and over the sea, good breakfast with lots of choices (for example pancakes with banana, omelett, fried eggs, bacon, chacuterie, cheeses, joghurt with tropical fruit mousse, sweets like pastel di nata, tropical fruits, freshly made orange, ananas or kiwi juice and much much more, very nice staff, you get entrance to the pools and spa of the hotel at the sea, can absolutely recommend this place (really really nice is dinner or drinks during sunset on the rooftop of the hotel, not included)

We booked a room in the studios and we were blown away from start to finish by the service, accommodation and comfort we experienced. No matter where you book, you can use the facilities at any of the resorts across Porto Moniz and the staff are so overwhelming helpful to guide you. We had a wonderful stay and truly felt like we were looked after. The Ocean View Restaurant was where we had breakfast and it was beautiful, a nice assortment of food to select and then a short menu to pick from for hot food. We had everything to offer as it was so nice. Again, the staff were great! Very clean rooms with all amenities that you could need. We will be back!

Amazing place which I cannot recommend highly enough. Super friendly staff, very comfortable, clean and modern. Welcome spring at reception and we got welcome sparkling vine bottle as well. The breakfast is just perfect. Everything you want, even you can find soya milk (if you are vegan there is enough food to eat). Big plus for coffee (they serve “Nespresso”coffee in breakfast and rooms as well). They serve amazing croissants, natural lemonade from fresh fruits. Great value for money overall! There's even a big parking under the building with more than enough parking spots, if you are traveling by car. They have perfect hairdryer! In room smell was really good. There were some minor construction works on the ground floor which caused some minor noises during the day (from 11am to 6pm) This didn't disturb us much as we were mostly out during that time.

The accommodation was very pleasant with nicely equipped and very clean rooms. Francisco and his staff were outstanding, each working hard to make it a very personal experience to be there. Location was convenient but lacked any notable views. Breakfast in a separate location was excellent with a view unequalled by any other in the town!
