Lo mejor es su ubicación a pocos metros de la iglesia San Ildefonso, muy cerca de la estación São Bento, Rua Santa Catarina, avenida Aliados y mercado Bolhão, realmente para una visita corta está perfecto porque llegas a todos los puntos de interés en breve. Además está al lado del Café Santiago con las mejores francesinhas. En cuanto a las instalaciones del hotel, se entra por escaleras, no tiene ascensor por lo que no hay accesibilidad para personas con movilidad reducida, y el cartel de la entrada está borrado, por lo que cuesta ubicarlo, la atención del personal es buena; nos dieron una habitación con cama doble + cama individual, vimos que había otras mejores pero por el precio que pagamos no nos quejamos; el baño es pequeño y el lavamanos está afuera del baño, esto me resultó práctico, es un hotel para ir a dormir y ya. Cómo punto positivo, tienen colchas extras y como negativo, las paredes estaban manchadas por el roce de equipajes y no la han pintado en un buen tiempo, lo que hace que se vea sucio, pero la habitación, baño y ropa de cama estaban limpias, solo las paredes dan ese aspecto. La nuestra daba a patio interior y dormimos súper bien, además después de caminar todo el día, el cansancio gana.

Great stay TWICE! We stayed here twice within 8 days and they kindly stored a bag for us which was much appreciated. Fantastic value for money. Heating is good, SHower is very good. Wifi adequate only. We look forward to staying again soon.

The location was excellent and the size of the room is very big. I wouldn't call it a luxurious accommodation, but for the price, there is absolutely nothing to complain about...

Bed bugs!!! I had one night stay at this place. Everything was fine until I got home. I realized I got bedbugs bites all around my body. I contacted the place about the situation. I expected them to take the responsibility, because I only stayed at their place during my 2 days travel. They totally refused it and said it wasn’t their problem, which it obviously was. Bed bug bites take 2-5 days to appear, that’s why I couldn’t see it at the time of the checkout. No, bed bugs cannot bite you when you sit in a bus or something, they need you to sleep and I wasn’t sleeping any other place than theirs. All in all, I don’t care about the bites that much, the thing I care is I hope I didn’t bring the bed bugs with me to my place. Also I want to warn other people… Instead of taking this seriously and cleaning the place up. They pretend that it’s not their fault, therefore the bed bugs problem is still persistent. Not worth it for all the trouble…

Service de l'internet à améliorer La pension est adéquate, avec ses avantages et inconvénients, de ce qu'on peut voir dans d'autres appréciations sauf une chose. Pendant mon séjour l'internet marchait très mal. Coupures, "buffering", images flous sur vidéos. J'ai envie de dire que ce service là, qui est belle est bien dans l'offre, était inexistant. Si on veut travailler par internet c'est pratiquement impossible.
