It s newly renovated two bedroom apartment with stainless steel appliance, new butcher block counter top. I and my wife has been working on it for sometimes to make sure that our guests enjoy it and feel like home. It s located in Back Cove. It s very nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Yet, it s just few miles from downtown. There is a small playground ideal for guests who have small children as they can see them playing from our deck and popular local ice cream. it s just a few miles to downtown, whole food, Hannaford, Trader Joe, back bay ( most of popular place Portlanders go jogging), and many more local restaurants. New different keypad will be given to guest ahead check in (last 4 digit of guest phone number). Our guests have complete access to the whole apartment and deck ( grill is available just let us know ahead). There is a 58 samsung 4k smart tv with Netflix, amazon prime, and HBO. High speed internet. There are 2-4 off street parking spots and more on street. I would like to give my guests space but will be always available via Airbnb, call, or text if they have any questions or concerns before and during their stay.
