This stylish home is perfect for group trips, large and small family vacations, business travelers and sports fan! We are sure you will enjoy your stay in our beautiful home. THE SPACE This 2400 sq ft home boast a large, open plan living area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 HD TVs, washer & dryer, covered heated pool / patio, entertainment room with an 8' regulation pool table and an outdoor fireplace. This luxury home leaves little to be desired as EVERYTHING is provided. The only items you need to bring are your suitcase and toiletries bag! GUEST ACCESS Free parking is available in the driveway directly in front of the house. You can check in anytime after 4pm via the lockbox located next to the front door. If this house is not available for your stay, please contact me as we have several other properties available.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Guest agree to use Escooters at this their own risk. Family time We came in from Texas and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our host was prompt in answering questions and seeing that our stay was great! The house was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were fantastic!

Nice house for the week The house was nice enough. Communication was a bit clunky with canned responses sometimes at odd times intended for other guests perhaps even at other properties. There was little instruction. Took some a few requests to get WiFi password. Pool was on auto so hot tub was off much of the time we had free to use it. All in all a nice stay and would stay again.

Excellent property Very nice screened-in pool for relaxing at the end of the day. Very well equipped throughout the house. Met the maintenance person who takes care of the pool which was kept extremely clean. We had one minor issue where we had to contact the property manager, and he was very responsive. Quiet community, but close enough to retail and restaurants to be very convenient.

Unusual Review This review is more about the property owners than the property. Someday this will be a nice rental, but that day has not yet arrived. The pool, hot tub and Florida room were all under construction. Materials were stacked in the driveway. We were compensated for this, but when the long-dormant construction crew suddenly remobilized without notice one weekend morning, that was just too much. We called the owners and they were at the property within an hour and found a new home for us to relocate to that same day. New property even nicer. I would book again with them with confidence.
