포트 페어리 빅4 홀리데이 파크

We arrived later afternoon just before the information service closed 5:30pm with wind up speed and rain in during our recent trip along south coast In Australia. The cabin size is as what we expected in a caravan park. But smell of fishes of our cabin are stinking. Can’t believe the cleaners haven’t notice the horrible smells and reported to their managers. Complained the stink smells to the receptionist next morning. She explained because previous guests put their fishes in the fridge. It means at least the receptionist knew the condition very well but still put us into this cabin even half of their cabins were empty at that evening. So disappointed to this BIG4 park in Port Fairy this time.

Great park just off the main street. Well maintained. Facilities very clean not that had to use them as have shower and toilet in van. Friends stayed in a cabin but bed too soft. Asked to move to firmer bed but booked out. All powered sites lawned.

A well equipped and comfortable cabin, it had everything we needed. We were directly across from the jumping pillow which made supervising my daughter really easy as I could just sit on the veranda and read my book. The staff were so lovely, especially one lady who told me not to go looking for my kids if they were off doing something to take that time to have a break!! The indoor heated pool is such a great option and the kids went there every day. It was a lovely break.

Do yourself a favour and take your money elsewhere. This park is extremely expensive and we expected a lot more from a Big 4 caravan park. It is quite far from the beach. With the money you pay you would think at least putt putt would be free. Sadly it is not. The sites are extremely small and everyone is crammed in on top of each other. After speaking to our van neighbours who were also there for the first time they were also disappointed. I would never stay here again. There are caravan parks closer to the beach with far more room and a lot cheaper.

Park itself and facilities are clean and well maintained! Cabin was spacious and clean. Beds were not the most comfortable but may be fine for others, extra blankets provided which is useful as it did get quiet cold at night. The park backs onto a farm where the cows come right up to the fence line, our 2 year old loved “talking” to the cows. The park facilities are fantastic for families; especially the indoor play centre for the young ones and the jumping pillow for all ages. There is a skate park, mini golf, swimming pool and arcade games room - plenty to do! Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again.

Just had 4 nights at this great park, stayed in an ensuite van site. The ensuite was spotless as was the rest of the park. Great location, handy to everything and good place to use as a base to visit nearby towns. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will certainly stay at the park next time we're in the area.
