Sejujur nye, masa smpai di chalet tu call owner utk minta no.bilik sbb nk daftar masuk parking tapi owner msa tu mcm salah faham sikit but it so k la bab tu.. Bila smpai bilik pastu masuk bilik ada bau ckit la.. Tgk suasana bilik dapati Kekemasan memuaskan.. Pastu ptg tu, siap utk nk mndi kolam bwak anak2 tapi bila smpai kolam penjaga kolam gtau, kami dok privet chalet so xley mandi kolam tu.. Kolam tu hnye under hotel je.. Mcm skit pelik, sy whatsupp tnye pasal hal tu kt owner, owner pon gtau mmg kolam tu xley mndi.. Sy gtau owner tu, masa dlm apps di nyatakan ada swimming pool dan siap screenshot kasi owner, tapi boleh plak owner ckp tu bkn chalet dia.. Abis yg sy call tu dpt dia tu apa!.. Pastu, dia terus tak bls whatsupp smpai sudah.. Rasa mcm kna tipu pon ada.. Kesimpulan nye, sy Bkn nk buruk kan perniagaan atau nk ttop periuk nasi org cuma xnk org lain terkena mcm kami.. Cerita nie hanya pengkosian sbb kami dh menginap kt sna.. Klau nk booking jgak boleh tapi amik yg under hotel bkn under privet.. Tu je.. Tima kasih..

We were disappointed as the interior design is old fashion despite it is registered under the Grand Lexus. Until we arrived and tried to check in- we were told it is privately own?!
We were given a room which has no sea view, upon request with a little pressure, we finally got a better room, however the doorknob is tempered with, the basin tap is loose and toilet seat is also loose. Flooring is so slippery and no room slippers , no teaspoon for stirring coffee, no face towels...lack of maintenance- pillows smell bad!
A very disappointing booking indeed.

It's the same as Lexis PD but under different management so they use different name. It was disappointed to stay here because the room was so dirty, low maintenance, you can't use their bath tub because it's too dirty and stain. Room 219, 220 are rotten. Room 222 is the so called best room I could choose but the bathroom door was not screwed and the whole door came off, when I told the person in charge,she even said I was the one that broke the door! ha..Good luck guys, if you want to book through this agent. As for me, I will never book again.

To be honest.. Nak demand lebih2 x boleh tp bg sy macam x berbaloi...
1. Tuala mandi bau busuk. Mcm org dah pakai..masam.
2. Org yang menguruskan penginapan ni , sy x tau la agent ke ape ke tp so rude..bilik x de loceng n ade devide pulak anata bilik dgn toilet, msk2 ruangan toilet dl br bilik tdur..klu kite kunci bilik mmg x kan dgr ade org ketuk pintu so slh sy ke pembantu dia ketuk sy x bukak? Boleh pulak call marah2 cakao pembantu dia ketuk banyak kali sy x buka..customer servis mmg out la...boleh pulak marah customer. Kalau tahu nk dtg bilik inform dulu, ko ada kan no tel customer. Ni org whatsaap diam, mane nak tau ko hantar org ke ape. Buat la tgh mndi...aku nk kene bukk pintu ke...lg satu pintu bilik 222 bukan leh kunci!!!!
4.tv. Kalau nk tgk tv makesure tg dlm setgh jam utk kkuar semua siaran...
3. Shower room mcm kurang bersih nmpk lumut2.
