방은 매우 편안하고 호텔도 아늑합니다. 객실에서 발코니(1층)로 나갈 수 있는 통로가 마음에 들었습니다. 해변으로 바로 연결되는 전용 출입구가 있습니다. 하지만 아직 수영은 준비되지 않았습니다.

매우 전략적인 위치입니다. 근처 식당까지 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 경치도 좋고, 바닷물도 깨끗하고 전망도 좋습니다.

이 리조트에 처음 묵어봤습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 밝습니다. 경비원이 있는 넓은 주차 공간도 있고요. 바삭한 프라이드 치킨과 다양한 메뉴가 있는 아침 식사는 놀라울 정도로 맛있습니다. 해변은 객실 출입 카드로 출입이 가능한 뒷문으로 갈 수 있습니다. 호텔이 아직 리모델링 중이라 수영장은 이용할 수 없습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

Good location. Friendly staff. Waiting time for the rooms to be ready 40-60mins. But got welcome drink and cozy waiting lobby. Breakfast buffet so-so not many option, no pastry. Half boiled egg tak basuh ke? Nampak kotoran najis ayam pada luar kulit telur. Maaf, gambar tak ambil.

Very good & kind staff, with an excellent service. Hope can maintain that. Breakfast also good,align with price!Easy access to a lot of hots places in PD.

This new hotel. All furniture is quite new and very clean. Near to teluk kemang beach. Some improvement on the service is their still don't have enough staff. The check in suppose at 3pm, but the room still not ready and the room only ready at 4pm. Breakfast in the morning at start at 9am, most of the food and drink already finish. Need to wait another 10minutes for food to be topup.

Raia beach resort offer very good location and amenities. However the check in process is slow. We reach at about 2.30 pm but can only check in 3.20 pm. Cleanliness can be improve especially in the toilet and balcony. Breakfast is good with variety of foods.

Waiting time utk check-in agak lama semasa public holiday. Staff front office bagus. Tak henti² minta maaf. Ada disediakan welcome drink cuma tiada staf yg inform guest boleh minum. Tempat duduk di lobby limited. Access ke pantai senang utk guest. Breakfast sedap tp agak limited. Staf F&B bagus & alert utk refill makanan. Maybe check-in ketika soft opening. Ada byk lg Raia Beach Resort PD boleh improve. Overall servis bagus.

Hotel is still new so it is understandable poor facilities like guideway to each block is missing. Room was ok. Breakfast is not as good as advertised in TikTok. Nasi Lemak is tasteless. Served process food instead of fried chicken. Porridge was like rice soup and plain. The only decent food I get was Bihun Curry. The head chef need to take this food review seriously.

To be honest its very convenient. There is exit to the beach. But the beach is too busy and not so clean. I can see garbage everywhere. The hotel was just refurbished, so its nice and clean. The breakfast is nice too. We were the 1st one to enter the buffet. However the front desk was not so friendly. They are just like robots.

Dari process check in dan check out sgt trok.. sampai pukul 5ptg dkt pkul 7 bru boleh masuk bilik.. bilik biasa2 ja xmcm dlm gambar sgt pon.. swimming pool under reno.. parking limited.. breakfast spread limited.. check out pon kena queue panjang sbb satu kaunter je bkk.. byk benda kena improve.. fhm sbb baru tp management please do something.. totally dissapointed.

It was excellent. The room was decent size, would have preferred a suite but it was still fine. It was clean, came with complimentary breakfast buffet, toiletries, and location super close to the beach so plus plus!!
