The Miramar has traditional type decor. The Reception is always manned, Marc is a lovely friendly character. We were in a room overlooking the courtyard, which was comfortable. We had a peep at the Seaview rooms, which looked fabulous. I used the small gym and the sauna which are across the small road at the rear of the hotel. Adequate equipment and beautifully clean. The front of the hotel leads out onto a pedestrian walkway which you walk across to get to the sunbeds and beach. Towels can be obtained from Reception with a returnable deposit. The food and service in the restaurant was really good, we ate there several times in the evening. There was also plenty of choice for breakfast. We would recommend this hotel.

We’ve just returned home after a 2 week stay at the miramar, we’ve stayed before ,this time our son came with us .We all had a lovely holiday ,the hotel is spotless thanks to the hard working and friendly cleaners ,breakfast is lovely with lots of choice for everyone.Love the traditional furniture and feel of the miramar. All the staff are friendly and always greeted with a smile ,service is excellent .Couldn’t ask for more on a holiday .Sat on the terrace having a cool drink ,watching the world go by in a beautiful setting ,looking out to sea .We will be returning.A big thank you to all at the miramar.

It’s like going home staying at the Miramar hotel. We initially started staying there years ago, when my husband got into cycling we were recommended by a friend that lived there. It turned out to be the best recommendation we’ve ever received. We love everything about this hotel, especially the warm welcome you receive by the staff on arrival right through to the person who says bids us a fond farewell until next time. The hotel is beautifully kept up, spotless, thanks to their amazing cleaners . The food served at every meal is delicious and the staff always happy to serve you. Thank you Gabriel and everyone for your excellent service, we shall see you again in soon .

Just back from a wonderful weeks stay. Central location in the resort and loved the private terrace and beach attached to the hotel. We had a room overlooking the courtyard which although close to the street had no issues with noise. Hotel is exceptional clean and our room was serviced each day. Breakfast was included, great choice and something to cater for all tastes. Liked that it was served up until 11am with the option of eating outside on the terrace or inside. Didn't use thd spa or pool but it's only across the road which residents have access to. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Will look to return next year.

Loved our holiday. Had a sea view room with terrace with stunning views. Only slight ****** was standing next to other guests in next rooms when looking over balcony as it dips pretty low. However, can fully appreciate why it is designed this way so everyone and can see the whole bay which is spectacular. We did have some lovely neighbors so not a problem. Every single member of staff we came across were so helpful and courteous. Nothing was a problem to them. Had breakfast in hotel which was pretty good. Liked how you could order fresh poached eggs which were lovely. Lots of cereals / fresh fruit plus lots more and cava if you fancied a breakfast tipple. Puerto Pollensa is lovely. Very safe place to visit for solo travellers. Lots of lovely restaurants very close by. This hotel has many repeat visitors. It was nice hearing guests talk about how many times they had visited ( even if there was some competition at times). Although this was our first visit staying at the Miramar I did visit for lunch as a child and loved the look and feel of it even then. We booked our rooms direct with the hotel and the service was great. They also arranged taxis to and from the airport for us. Didn't visit the pool or spa (not with that beach to visit) but heard from other guests it was super duper. I'm sure we will be returning

We have been going to Pto. Pollença, on and off, for 50 years. We always promised ourselves a stay in the Hotel Miramar. We were not let down. It was excellent. The breakfast bucfet is the best we have ever experienced. Simply the best. Room was great and the staff were very professional. 10/10 all round!

We visited as a family of four (with a toddler and 10 month old!) and stayed in the Maricel 2 Apar**ents. We were SO impressed by the apar**ent, really spacious and plenty of air con if you need it. Absolutely scrupulously clean, to such a high standard. The housekeeping staff also noticed that I was Co-sleeping with our little one so swapped some of the bed sheets on the two single beds so that it was easier to keep them together, we didn’t even ask and they did it which is so attentive and thoughtful! The TV in the apar**ent received some UK channels too which wouldn’t have bothered us at all if it didn’t but it was useful to have CBeebies for the kids to help stick to the bedtime routine! It’s so close to the beach, and the walk along the front is beautiful. There’s a little Spar shop on the corner for any bits you need which is very well stocked and another larger one very close by with nappies, baby food etc so you don’t have to take loads with you if you don’t want to. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Couple of little ******* but they are very small things (for us at least!) - there wasn’t a high chair but we compromised and fed the baby in the buggy. And there were no bed guards which would have been useful for the toddler. There’s also no lift in the Maricel 2 block which was ok, there’s only a small number of apar**ents in the block so there’s not endless stair to climb, just something to be aware of if you have lots of luggage and kids etc! All the staff we interacted with were so friendly and lovely. We’ll definitely be returning, it was just such a fantastic holiday!

Went here in August 2019 and we loved it so came back again in May 2024 and took our son out of school for 5 days as it was a big birthday for my husband. It’s Always very clean and the apar**ents are clean quiet and well equipped. There is a Spar shop literally underneath the hotel and we went there for our supplies and lovely made up chicken,tuna cheese and ham banquette. It’s expensive but then every where is now. It’s literally a 2 min walk to a lovely Sandy beach on a lovely Pine walk/promenade aligned with shops bars and restaurants. Has a safe family couplely feel and not threatened by loud music or louts. Staff very friendly and accommodating and had to come and help Me Switch on the cooker and fix our toilet Flush .. All in all sad to Come home …

Had the most wonderful stay again at Hotel Miramar. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. Facilities are second to none with indoor small pool, relaxing area, steam and sauna (for any cloudy days) Staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Location is right in the heart of the resort. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Will most certainly be returning. :-)
