Weather was amazing location was exceptional for views. Beautiful quite and peaceful village. The hotel was fantastic clean, and tidy. Staff We're all exceptionally helpful. Jamie on the desk was always more than helpful there was always a solution. The gentleman that helped with the baggage exactly that a true gent. Sorry I don't remember his name. And the youngest receptionist also so very kind and all extremely professional the wait staff the breakfast staff. The spa options were very good and the sports massage 10/10 I can recommend.

A 5 star hotel with a 5 star location but sadly only 3 star trea**ent. The hotel is very nice and the scenery is first class. But sadly the extra bits expected of a 5 star hotel were lacking. We had a pleasant stay overall. The food was reasonably good but the desserts were all bland so we decided to eat out after the first 2 nights. One or two of the reception staff have disgusting attitudes - especially the night staff who thought it was a terrible inconvenience that we were checking out early to catch a flight and had politely requested a croissant and a coffee at 6am - agreed the previous evening. We were made to feel very much like an inconvenience which was a shame as the poolside and dining staff had been lovely (with a special thanks to Valentino at the pool for being brilliant throughout. A reasonable stay but I honestly don’t think we’ll return as the reception staff left a very sour taste on the final day. Unfortunately not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Amazing hotel and location

The property was well managed and the staff were very friendly. The beach is only steps away. Its a small and secluded part of the island with a 15 min bus ride to nearby civilisation. Its a great place to just chill out. Good entertainment in the evenjng.

This might be my favorite hotel I've ever stayed at. On a whim we picked this hotel in a tucked away cala at the edge of Mallorca, and from the first moment to the end it was perfect. The friendly staff parked my car and conplementary champagne was a nice touch. I was enamoured by the stylish lounge. The rooms were impeccable and have great views of the ocean and cliffs, a breathtaking vista! The village was so peaceful and serene. I visited about a dozen beaches in Mallorca, and the one right in front of the hotel was as good as any (despite not appearing in any best of lists?). My only complaint is the bed was twin beds pushed together and way too hard, but Ive found this seems to be the case at all hotels Ive stayed at on Mallorca.

Beautiful location, friendly service that goes above and beyond for its guests and a great restaurant with delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing & friendly staff. Make you feel like you stepped into paradise the moment you arrive. Lots of amenities at the hotel or at the beach so that you don’t need to travel anywhere if you don’t want to. It is a bit remote, which adds to the relaxed feel, but may not be for those looking for a nightlife or s shopping Mecca. Can’t wait to return! Truly a paradise ♥️♥️♥️
