We love this house because it’s close to many fun things to do like African Safari,The Watering Hole and Zoo the Jet Express and 30 min from Cedar Point! Downtown is about a 2 min drive, 5min drive to the beach and Jet ski rentals! It’s in a peaceful neighborhood! Best Ice cream shop in town just a 3 min walk!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please run dishwasher and put dishes back bedore your depature. Empty fridge and remove all personal items at check out..Please do not use towels to remove make up or to clean with and place all used laundry in tub before check out.,Please make sure trash is out on street Tuesday night/Wednesday mornings if these days include your stay..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

This one deserves a high star rating! Nice quiet neighborhood with a small back yard/concrete patio perfect for sitting and enjoying the outdoors!The front enclosed “sun room” was a delight! If I lived there that is where I would spend my days!Description and pictures are exactly how it looksVery clean and decorated nicelyWe had 5 people and plenty of roomClose enough to walk to the town area

Fishing guys
Stayed 4 nights while fishing Lake Erie. Very nice place to stay! Parking was great for the boat! I would recommend!

Veryconvenient to travel through
Clean comfortable home with sleeping options including mini bunk beds for littler kids, futons for teens and nice queen for parents. Wish there was a clothes washer. Kitchen is super nicely stocked!

Just a one night stay stopping through
While passing through we only stayed for one night, but were very happy with our overall experience. Everything was very neat and decorated in an inviting way throughout. Appliances and technology is very updated for a rental property. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if ever in the area.
