We stayed in Aqua room and it was beautiful! Excellent stay and amazing food.. a little on the pricey side but it's definitely worth it. We were able to access the bar from the pool which was unique here. Loved the ambience. Santhosh from the resort was very helpful. Kudos to the team. 5/5

The stay was amazing! We booked the Neil ocean Suite and *** the room was so stunning and huge! Loved it. The Casa Aqua and Casa Air rooms are in the attaching the main reception and main pool area. The Neil ocean Suite and ocean villas are on the other side of the road (towards the beach side). Although it had a private beach, but it’s kinda rocky. The breakfast buffet is amazing but the ala carte menu is kinda expensive. But yeah, its Neil island which is quite secluded, so I get that part!

Property’s appearance is good with the swimming pool right in front of the ground floor rooms. You can get into the pool from your patio. Service by their staff is very good. Food in the restaurant is good too. But Property needs renovation. Furniture in rooms, restaurant are old and dirty. . Polish is spoilt. Bathrooms need total renovation. Towels provided are not cotton and don’t absorb water. The soap, shampoo holders in bathrooms are old and rusty. Difficult to pump the products from these dispensers. One doesn’t get a clean and tidy look and feel. The arm chairs in the patio & chairs in the bar are NOT comfortable at all!! Think of better and ergonomically designed furniture where people are comfortable.
