Looking for a place to spend the night while visiting a friend. Room space is up to standard and the hygiene is at par. One hiccup is during check-in, the hotel system indicated that I need to settle payment upon arrival, but in fact I have already paid up in advance. The front desk (sorry I have not asked his name) was helpful enough to sort out the problem and settled it in 5 minutes time.

Been here 4 weeks and i honestly can't fault anything.clean rooms lovely bar Staff are so helpful and always polite and friendly and great food and always serve a good Guinness thank you guys and look forward to the next 2 weeks staying with you I would definitely recommend any business to consider staying here you will definitely not be disappointed

Super friendly staff , very helpful and more than happy to assist whenever required. Have spent a few weeks at this premier inn while working away and the staff have made me feel very comfortable. Food is very nice and they have a good selection of drinks at the bar. Beds are also very comfortable and the rooms were very clean.

What stood out the most, however, was the lovely and attentive staff. Everyone I encountered was polite, professional, and genuinely eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I truly felt taken care of throughout my visit. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. I will certainly be returning in the future!

The rooms are clean and comfortable and if that’s all you need then you’re all set. They offer extra pillows in reception so you’re assured of a comfortable night. This is a basic hotel with basic service. Don’t bother with the breakfast it’s a huge disappointment.

The hotel is great with good restaurant facilities for an overnight stay but the main reason for staying at a premier Inn is to have somewhere comfortable and quiet to sleep but you will not get this here. The design of the hotel is poor so unless you are on the top floor with nobody above you it is unlikely you will get a quiet room as every floorboard in the hotel makes a noise with every footstep from the room above you sounds amplified tens times. We were unlucky with our above neighbours getting back to their room after midnight and stomped around for at least half hour before eventually going quiet until about 6a.m. when it all started again for at least an hour but by then everyone was up and about in the corridors so if five hours sleep is good for you then this is the hotel to stay at, but if you are after a good night sleep DO NOT STAY HERE.

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Poole North! The hotel is in a great location, close to the ferry, which made traveling super convenient. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I was also impressed by the newly refurbished ground floor—it looks modern, fresh, and welcoming, adding to the overall great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with delicious breakfast and dinner options.
