It is an absolutely overpriced, overrated place. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms, the living room, the dining room, overall is beautiful, but the food is overrated, they brought us a cold and hard "just baked croissant" and a very smelly fish. The staff has absolutely no premium rating training, nobody receives you properly for the price you are paying and there are no bell boys, we had to carry our luggage to our room with an exterior ramp, with divisions between them where the luggage wheels got stuck every meter and a half. And after our stay, then the same story, to the car. We would have felt happy to arrive in such a place for the third of its price, not a penny more! And we were lucky enough to cancel dining there -when we had breakfast the following morning, we were happy to have cancelled dinner. It is a shame Relais & Chateaux do not supervise the quality and training of the staff. They do not deserve to belong to such a famous Hotel chain.

The Restaurant Hotel Pepe Vieira made a very positive impression on us. The emphasis on satisfaction, both in the stay and the dining experience, is a clear sign of the quality of service offered. The staff offers exceptional service, which is crucial for a luxury stay. Additionally, the beautiful design also contributes to the overall experience. This is definitely a place worth considering for a luxurious stay.

Just one word ………….… amazing I was here with my partner and I can only recommend it. I was satisfied from the beginning to the end of the whole stay .. so don't hesitate and visit the hotel ……..

10 sobre 10. Sitio ideal para desconectar del bullicio diario de la ciudad. Habitaciones con vistas increíbles y un personal muy atento y simpático. La exquisitez del Restaurante es digno de mencionar.

Un lugar apartado, en contacto con la naturaleza, perfecto para relajarse. Las habitaciones espaciosas y cama súper cómoda. Limpieza impecable y atención excelente. Vistas a la ria con un ventanal gigante que no dejan indiferente. Nada malo que decir

Hotel com acomodações espartanas, sob o conceito falso de minimalista. Conforto zero, espaço exíguo, apresentação péssima( tudo preto) . O “galpon” foi nos apresentado quente, sol batendo na cama causando má impressão imediata. Cama baixa, ladeada por um ressalto em aço, até perigoso devido ao pequeno espaço de circulação. Não foram trocadas as toalhas de banho após uma diaria. É um espaço frio, se chover e estiver frio. Jardins mal tratados, desleixo aparente. Portas pesadas, acesso ao restaurante sob a chuva. Desastre! Me refiro ao hotel, pois é independente do restaurante. Valeu o esforço do staff para minimizar o desconforto.
