This 300 year old mill still has the mill race with the water running through it, audible as you eat your excellent breakfast. A beautiful building, lovingly restored by Florian and Claire, with huge suites and outside seating as well as the breakfast room. The gardens and lake are lovely. This is such a tranquil place. We keep returning as it is such a pleasure. Florian ensures a great stay every time.

Jolysable is a wonderful place to stay. It is tranquil, clean, and the hosts are outstanding. Breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are huge, and well laid out. Nothing is left to chance. The art work is quirky and makes one smile. That is the ethos here. If you are happy, the hosts are happy.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER. SCAM I made a reservation through booking at 19:15 during a road trip At 19:40 they texted me they were only open until 20:00, but I couldn't make in on time. They asked me to look for another hotel but they would NOT refund me the money. I can understand that they can't accommodate me, but not that they keep my money. *********** asked them 3 times and they refused to cancel my booking for free. They are getting my money for NOTHING and not allowing me into the building. The first hotel I see stealing from their own guests. Unbelievable and disappointing.

Paradise, just paradise. This place and the host are just magnificent. Super nice host who makes a great breakfast with everything fresh and many self made jams! The place itself is just marvelous! Huge area with a lake/pond, animals like sheep, goats, chicken. You can bring your dog and well … the area itself and by itself is just … WOW!

The directions are very straightforward to follow. An oasis of calm has been created here, only minutes from the main road to & from Le Shuttle. The grounds are extensive and beautifully maintained. The bedroom is huge, with a well fitted kitchen & stylish en suite bathroom. It is so relaxing. A 15 minute stroll takes you to many places to eat in Pons itself. We were made very welcome here, by Florian. The Al fresco breakfast was excellent.

Amazing boutique style en-suite bed and breakfast located near Pons just a few miles off the A10. Beautifully appointed bedrooms with fine art work. Comfy bed and delicious continental breakfast. Host was particularly friendly and welcoming. Surrounded by lovely gardens, with access to small animal enclosure and peaceful lake area. Definitely recommend. Pons medieval centre is only a 15 walk away and well worth a visit too. Lovely bar and restaurant by the main square infront of the tower. Perfect overnight stop, just wish we could have stayed longer😊

We were lucky enough to spend our 33rd wedding anniversary at Jolysable, beautiful place a little piece of heaven tucked away in easy walking distance to Pons centre. The room, the hosts, the garden and all of the animals made our stay the best ever. Thank you so much we will be back again soon. Nick & Theresa Pace

Cadre magnifique, parc super, accueil chaleureux, décoration raffinée, literie très confortable, petit déjeuner excellent et copieux, bref endroit à ne pas hésiter si vous passez dans le coin , au top du top, nous gardons l'adresse pour prévoir un nouveau séjour.

Een dure nacht vh gebodene! Wellicht allemaal goed bedoeld maar een wat shabby onderkomen. Een kamer gekregen op de 2e etage bereikbaar door middel van "kruip door sluip door" . Kamer met alleen een onbereikbaar klein dakvenster voor daglicht, en zonder nooduitgang!!!! Kamer erg bont ingericht volgepropt met ACTION prullaria. In tegenstelling tot andere reviews, een mager ontbijt: een krosantje een paar sneetjes witbrood, een kop thee, een glaasje sap en een beetje boter. Geen eitje, alleen appels als fruit, geen muesli, geen vleeswaar. Jammer.
