Stayed here for 1 week, which we were very excited about. On arrival we waited a good while to even speak to the receptionists (check in was very slow) due to arriving at 11 check in wasn’t till 4, we was advised if our room was ready early they would call (which they didn’t). During our stay housekeeping was completed by 10am every day, so not sure why we had to wait till 4? From reception the hotel grounds are beautiful and lovely and clean (can’t fault the views overlooking the sea). We paid for a see view room, which was advised was a partial see view. The room was okay, however the bathroom was very dated and needed an update. You couldn’t enjoy the sun from your balcony which was disappointing as it was covered. If I would have known about the partial view we would have just paid for a classic room, as we were told they were the same (waste of money). We paid for all inclusive (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) the food I couldn’t fault, except for the snacks which were non existent, all you could have was olives and nachos, my partner didn’t like either, so basically could have nothing. I would suggest the lunch slot to be 12-3. You could get no other snacks which I find strange for an all inclusive (I would suggest a re think). Drink menu also limited and not a great selection, during our first 2 days Prosecco was included, after complaining with both easy jet and the hotel about no menu, they decided to put a menu out explaining what was included (thank you) however Prosecco was then taken off the menu, very dis pointing as this is the only alcohol drink I enjoyed, so rest of the holiday was pop unless you wanted to pay. A small cocktail selection would have been nice. The shop on site had no drinks or snacks just clothes, shoes, bags, sun cream etc, so if you wanted anything you would have to go out (bare in mind if you have no car this would cost about 30 euros). The pool was very nice as we spent most of our time round the pool, however the loungers after some time become uncomfortable! During our first night water was tapping on the floor from the air con, which we thought would stop, so we ignored. All day it was fine until night number 2, more water, after a disturbed night sleep we called reception, maintenance came down and had a look and advised he couldn’t fix due to the time (fair enough) so we asked reception are there any rooms, no nothing (which I don’t believe) the receptionist Victoria was rude and not apologetic one bit, or wanted to help! I’m sorry but If it was the other way round, I’m sure you wouldn’t be happy listening to that for another night. So we had to bare it, on the second day maintenance did fix and everything was fine. On our package it stated canoes will be available at the beach but we didn’t see this? Also the bus outside the hotel wasn’t running due to out of season! So we were trapped, for a taxi to go 10 minutes away cost 60 euros, so a round trip would have cost 120 euros (I suggest a car if co
