Yes, it is an excellent hotel and probably the most advanced in Palolem, but the hotel has a lot to improve, the wireless internet is very weak, the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable, the price of the food and massage in the hotel is more than twice as much as outside, the massage prices do not include taxes and this is not great, the kettle in the room did not work, And there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom, other than that it was good. I wouldn't complain about any of this if the room price wasn't nearly $100 a night.

The team was perfect, room perfect, But was a lot of noise coming from the roof all the day and night , even when I complained on 1:00ap it not stop. It impossible to slip in this hotel because of the noise . Good points for the hotel is the service of the team , the rooms and the clean

Very nice modern hotel close to beach (5 min walk) and on Main Street next to shops and local restaurants. Pool area was clean and pool attendants present Breakfast was ok but overall service very good. Hotel has a small but nice bar area Staff all extremely helpful

The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is lovely and the sun lounges very comfortable. The rooms themselves could do with some updating but overall we were very happy with the hotel

Awesome hotel , superb staff , kids friendly , clean rooms , beach is 5 min away , everything is excellent and a lovely stay. It was a wonderful experience. Food is super.. quick on service whenever ask for help .. Highly recommended.........

The stay was quite delightful...with very good service from the ever attentive hotel staff...minor issues and our requests were promptly attended. Breakfast spread was nice with local delicacies thrown in. Cab arrangements for local sightseeing as well drop to airport bwas nicely handled. 👌

Wonderful place , the facilities are excellent . The staff are extremely helpful and courteous . We will definitely visit again in Dec 24 with few family members and friends. The pool is maintained well and always clean. Room service is prompt. 2 staff namely Rohit and Khushi have been very accommodating . Anthony Mendes

Food is so good and tasty. All staff members are helpful. Hotel amenities is awesome. Best experience in this hotel. Rooms are best. Night view is also good. Hotel services are awesome. Ample number of variety of foods available in breakfast and dinner which is the best part.
