Единственные апартаменты доступны для бронирования. Что хорошего...район...не далеко от хорошего пляжа и города с рынком. Бассейн и норм звукоизоляция. Не далеко есть обменник и мини маркетинг в том числе wine shop. Карты union pay россельхозбанка не удалось нигде обслужить ни в банкомат ни в одном месте оплат. В отеле рядом можно заказать обед и ужин...не плохо. Все остальное...это не то что должно быть предоставлено. Электричество вырубается по много раз надолго. Интернет практически не работает и то на одно устройство. Розетки ...беда..их мало и .все вываливается. Посуда и вся утварь в ужасном состоянии. Вместо мыльницы пришлось использовать пепельницу. Уборку надо заказывать по запросу. Никакой welcome информации не предоставлено. Таки от нового аэропорта мопа стоит 3600 рупий. Это 2.5 часа ехать более 100 км. Сейчас туда аэрофлот прилетает. Место ок. Апартаменты не рекомендую.

My husband and I travel a lot, we have been to many places, including India for the 11th time, nevertheless, Putnam beach and the PATNEM PALOLEM BEACH PARK APARTMENT hotel are our love at first sight, a place where we will come more than once, because here you can relax not only with your body, but also with your soul. It's not for nothing that the hotel guests are mostly people who come to the hotel for the first time. I've been meeting and talking with people who come here for the season for many years. And we also loved this place with all our hearts, we will definitely return. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, very quiet, for relaxation. You can get to Palolem by tuk-tuk, but we didn't even have the desire. Chaudi village is a 15-minute walk from the hotel, in case you want to visit the market, pharmacy or supermarket, if by tuk-tuk- 5 minutes, the price is 100 rupees. The hotel itself is very clean. The rooms are very large, there is a fully equipped kitchen, there is a TV, a refrigerator, many cabinets, an electronic safe, there are balconies (there were two in our room), fumigators in the rooms, hot water in the shower through a water heater. There is Parking in the courtyard, the territory is fenced, security around the clock. A swimming pool with a kid's area, cleaned every day. In the courtyard there is a slide for children, benches, sun beds. Cleaning on request – when you leave the key, then they clean up. Breakfast is included in the price at 8:30 in the Tubki Resort hotel restaurant. The breakfasts for India are very good, the video is attached, and most importantly, everything is very tasty and everything is fresh! TUBKI RESORT and PATNEM PALOLEM BEACH PARK APARTMENT are located next to each other and belong to the same owner. Tubki has one- and two-bedroom apartments, suites, deluxe rooms and studio apartments, a swimming pool, and its own restaurant. I looked at everything and was satisfied, if there are no places in the first one, then you can safely book a second hotel. Separately, I would like to say about the hostess of the hotel, Sangita Tubki, it is she who creates a friendly homely atmosphere in the hotel that you want to return to! You can contact her with any request, and be sure that they will help you! You can also always feel the attentiveness and warmth of the entire hotel staff towards your guests. This was a huge mistake we made coming to the Tubki Resort. We rented the apartment for 3 months for our business trip in Goa. One night we had to wake up because of the toxic gas emitting from the AC. That thing seriously harmed our health: headaches, vomiting, dizziness, throat pain, poor breathing, and slowed heart beating. And when we asked to fix the AC, they just gave promises of someone coming tomorrow for 7 days straight until they allowed us to change the room. The thing is that this place doesn’t take care of their ACs, there were lots of reviews left on different platforms like ***********, agoda and others. The staff are completely aware of the problem, but they put zero effort to fix it. And as a result our health suffered. But unfortunately, our health was not the only thing that suffered during our stay at the Tubki Resort. The charger and MacBook (that was only 2 years old and which worked just perfectly before the accident) worth of about 2,000 Canadian Dollars got burned out by their unsafe electrical connections. It was very painful for us to realize that this actually happened as majority of the work that we prepared to do on our trip in Goa was stored on that laptop. That was worth more than $20,000, but now we were not even able to restore any of the data due to hardware damage caused by Tubki Resort’s ignorance toward their guests safety and safety of their guests’ belongings. Now the most interesting! We attempted to to talk to the staff at the hotel, but what happened is that they brought some nonsense woman and called her their owner. To note, previously when a receptionist spoke with an owner on the phone, there was a male voice and they referred to the owner as “he” and then all of a sudden some random woman comes. It’s really doesn’t take that much effort to just google the owner of Tubki, who is a ***. At the meeting, there were one random woman and 3 other resort’s managers and unfortunately none of them neither had an education nor manners, not even the very very veeeery basic knowledge of customer service and hospitality. To note, Tubki Resort calls themselves a 3 star hotel. Maybe they made a mistake and forgot to make it - 3 star resort. I traveled 13 countries and stayed in multiple hotels and apart hotels and never got so much disrespected and mistreated in my entire life. The moment when we would try to raise a complain about what happened to our health and laptop they would use their hand to shut me down. One “manager” who came up to me, started hysterically shouting at me and putting her fingers near my face. By the way, she holds a position of a hospitality manager which makes the whole thing scary! If the hotel stands on such employees then what kind of treatment their guests will get? And this is after we paid to them 75,000 rupees for our stay. Their strategy when the complain rises is to deny everything while hysterically yelling at their guests. After that, they evicted us from the room witho

Its a new appartment. Big rooms with big balconies. Location wise very good. Walking distance from Patnem beach and 10-15 min drive from Palolem and Galgibaga beach. Bang on the national highway. Its a serviced apartment so doesn't have typical attached restaurant, but can provide room service from adjacent hotel apparently owned by same group based on the name. Staff was generally helpful. Didn't use pool but looked good. Ample parking is available Recommended for family stay near beach if looking for quiet holiday in south goa.
