우리는 마요르카 최고의 호텔 몇 군데에 머물렀고 이번에는 바다가 필요하지 않다고 판단하여 Son Brull을 선택했습니다. 정말 기뻤습니다. 우리에게 그것은 절실히 필요한 '회복' 휴식이었고 우리는 도착하자마자 즉시 누에고치에 갇힌 듯한 느낌을 받았습니다. 직원들은 다른 호텔에서는 항상 볼 수 없는 따뜻함을 더해 매우 전문적이었습니다. 스파 트리트먼트는 누구에게도 뒤지지 않았으며 여성 치료사들은 모두 훌륭하고 진심으로 배려했습니다. 훌륭한 품질의 재료와 영양가가 높은 음식이 훌륭합니다. 우리는 돌아갈 때까지 기다릴 수 없습니다.

What can I say, I can't fault this hotel one bit. It was everything and more. My partner and I were torn over booking Son Brull and another hotel on the island and we are so glad we made this choice. I would happily stay there every time we visit Mallorca. The hotel itself is stunning, set in front of a mountain surrounded by orange trees and olive groves. The room was beautiful (we were upgraded as the hotel wasn't full) and it had a free standing bath and a huge bed. You can even choose your bed linen of preference from a menu - the ultimate luxury! The breakfast was excellent and had both a buffet and a menu to order hot food. We had dinner in their 365 restaurant on one of the evenings and it was a memorable experience. If you can't stay at the hotel then I would at least recommend booking a special dinner there. Lots of the ingredients come from their farm or from producers very local to the hotel. We had a massage in the spa which was the most relaxing experience. One of the best parts was the activities they provide, we used the electric bikes everyday and explored lots of nearby areas which you can ride to on pretty back roads. This made the holiday so much more enjoyable than just taking a car everywhere. The free yoga class was great and taught by a very good teacher. We didn't end up planning tennis but will do next time. You can also book a tour of the bee hives and olive groves which we will also do next time. The staff are extremely helpful and do everything they can to make your experience as relaxing as possible. Nothing feels too much. When you leave they give you a jar homemade orange marmalade to take home. It felt like they had thought of everything. I can't wait to go back!

This was our second visit to Son Brull and once again we found a hotel ready to welcome us. The staff are helpful and understanding without being intrusive. We had a slight issue with our room which was resolved with the minimum of fuss and totally to our satisfaction. We enjoyed walking in the surrounding area up into the valley and also into Pollensa along quiet roads and byways. The beach in Formentor, which is so worth a visit, is close by and at this time of year you have it mostly to yourself. The hotel spa meanwhile is a perfect spot to avoid any bad weather We ate every evening in the hotel, the 365 tasting menu was memorable and the Bistro offered excellent choices. All in all a hotel that is well worth a visit.

It was the perfect 5 days-stay. The hotel is very quite and relaxing, the staff is more than warm, friendly and familiar. Every wish one might have, it gets fullfilled. The surrounding is precious, the food excellent, the home made wines outstanding. I have been in Mallorca since ages and this is by far, the nicest hotel experience ever! Thank you all, I will be coming back!

What a fantastic experience. Great tasting menu and wine pairing in superb surrounds. I eat meat and fish but my partner is vegetarian. They were able to accommodate us both. The food was just perfect, tables spaced out nicely and lovely building and finishing touches. Would most definitely recommend for a special memorable evening

Brilliant service, fantastic food, great location and ambiance… a real gastronomic experience with real thought of the wine pairings.. .. for us veggies it was a real treat to have such a wonderful menu selection.. highly recommend a visit!

Having just returned form 5 nights at Son Brull feel it appropriate to write a review. I last stayed at the hotel some 15-17 years ago for one evening but always promised myself I would return when visiting Mallorca. We have spent an extended time (6 weeks) in Europe mainly in Athens, Greek Islands and Mainland Spain so a final 5 days of this trip would need to be something very relaxing before turning to. The hurly burly world of living in Central London so booked Son Brull for my partner and I (his first visit to Mallorca) . The decision could not have been better. From our welcome checkin, valet parking of car to final checkout the staff made us feel so valued and relaxed - nothing (and I mean nothing) was too much trouble for them. All the staff were exemplary examples of the very best un customer service . After an initial 2 nights in room 31 where we enjoyed our private hot tub we moved to room 21 - room 21 really is sublime and perfect for us. The private terrace is like an additional room and one we made full use of enjoying early morning coffee to after supper night caps. This rural retreat is abuses perfect, we meet some amazing fellow guy sets who now have become friends, all the meals served were amazing - we loved both 365 and Bistro; the pool area has to be one of the best in the world - so peaceful despite the best efforts of a group booing of overly loud American cyclists who prefer to shout rather than talk/whisper to each other (that was our one complaint of our stay -all us British guests felt they spoiled the tranquility and peaceful surrounding of the pool and bar !). All staff were amazing, from wonderful laundry service, room cleaned to exacting standards, bar service and restaurant service blew us away. Two members of staff stood out for us (Carlos and Kati in restaurant/bar) really went the extra mile in making our stay extra memorable and as such they are one of the main reasons we are so reader to return even thou all the staff we came into contact with were amazing (and we 100% mean that). Son Brull you are a real delight and it’s easy to see why all the fellow British and German guests we came into contact with were regular repeat customers. Son Brull is a beautiful, unique property that has extensive facilities and excellent service. The hotel is in an old monastery that has been fully renovated into a luxury retreat. The property is big but there are not many rooms so it is not crowded at all. It was truly a relaxing experience being here. Our room (Deluxe) was spacious with a large bathroom. The pool and pool deck was great, with plenty of sunbeds and cabanas for all guests. I saw the spa but didn't get to try the facilities or treatments this time. We liked that they had free parking/valet service. Breakfast was extensive and you can choose from a la carte and buffet options. We tried 3/65 Restaurant for dinner and the food was fantastic. The hotel is in a good spot if you want to do 1/2 day trips to Sa Calobra, Cape Formentor, Alcudia and other beaches on that side of the island. The team at Son Brull really put in effort to ensuring you had a great stay. In terms of what can be improved, the service in the pool area was a little slow but once we did get someone it was great. Also at night there was some noise above our room - not sure what it was but enough to wake us up on both nights we were there. Overall though we still had an excellent stay at Son Brull and would love to come back again in the future.
