Room 1 is a Nautical inspired paradise on the 2nd level with amazing views of the property with 1 King size memory foam mattress bed, a bistro set for dining, a desk for work & walk-in closet. This room does have a shared bathroom. Locks on both sides for privacy. All rooms have their own digital locks...Close to everything but away from it all.Enjoy a luxurious experience when you stay at this special place. This luxury mansion, turned Micro-Resort has everything you didn’t know you needed! Reduced rates now while the remaining rooms are still being renovated! NOTE* - ALL rooms at this property are on the 2nd & 3rd level with stairs-only access.Opal Oaks is a fully privately-gated estate that sits on 5 beautiful acres in prestigious south Lakeland next to other beautiful luxury homes. Once home to a local family, it has now been renovated into a rare VRBO experience, more like an unstaffed boutique hotel. Some of the themed bedrooms will have their own private bathroom & others will have a shared bath/shower (read each listing). However, there are 2 common area bathrooms on the first floor that all guests may have access to. One is between the Lounge & the Kitchen. The other is at the Pool. All of the bedrooms will have access to the resort style pool, the lounge & billiards room. Each room is also equipped with its own cooler for your use at the pool (no glass!) to keep your beverages cold, a white noise machine, hamper, mini fridge, luggage rack, a small room fan & heater if needed, iron & a Smart TV where you can log into your favorite streaming networks.We live right down the street we pop in often to clean & use the shared spaces ourselves & can be available whenever needed.It is important to note that all of the bedrooms at this property are on 2nd & 3rd level floors with stairs-only access. Smoking & vaping is only permitted on the first floor patio where the ashtrays are placed. Alcohol is permitted but no glass on the patio. Coolers are provided to each room to transport your canned or aluminum beverages to & from the pool. Ice can be found in the kitchen freezer but is limited so please use sparingly to leave enough for other guests. Guests may use the fridge but we strongly encourage all food be labeled with Name AND room number. Due to the house being shared by multiple guests, we do have a strict Quiet Time of 10pm out of respect for others. The AC temps are set to 74 degrees & locked. Each room is provided with a fan & heater. The house is on Septic & Well water. SSoumiaÇa serait bien de mettre un panneau indiquant l’entrée de l’hôtel, car les chauffeurs mettent un temps fou  à trouver l’entrée piétonne de l’hôtel. Pour avoir été dans les 200 premiers clients de l’hôtel, je suis vraiment triste de voir comment les devenu, l’ascenseur, les traces de cheveux sur les murs, c’est juste incroyable les traces de demain également c’est dommage

리리뷰어My sister and I went to visit my aunt that has dementia. We were very impressed with the cleanness and the excellent customer service. The kitchen lady was awesome and complimented us and the front desk person called and set me up on the awards program. It was a wonderful experience. Thank all of the workers at the best western in winter haven.

리리뷰어This hotel is very nice and clean. Staff was superb, very cordial and helpful. It is walking distance to Legoland (10 min normal pace), so that was a big plus. Free parking on premises and many eating options around.
Cons: the pool is not heated, so it was extremely cold for Spring. Even though they state the suites as ”full kitchen”, there is no stove and therefore you cannot cook. However, the front desk staff offered a portable electric burner. Breakfast is limited and could be better.
Overall, this is a great place for families if going to Legoland, or for business in central Winter Haven

PPETERSMARSHALL아들을 방문하기 위해 밤을 보냈습니다. 머물기에 좋은 곳. 내가 어디에서나 예약 할 수있는 첫 번째 장소가되기를 기대합니다. 깨끗합니다. 객실은 매우 꽤 있습니다. 우리가 소음을 기대할 정도로 많은 일이있었습니다. 그러나 밤을 통해 잘 잤다. 수건과 같은 추가 비용을 많이 처리했습니다. 아래로 가서 아내를 위해 밤에 다른 담요를 요청했기 때문에 콜스가 아니 었습니다. 가방에 봉인 된 하나를주었습니다. 단지 불만은 얼음 기계가 우리가 1 층에 있었던 3 층에 있었다는 것입니다. 이곳은 내용이 담긴 조식이 너무 정말 하나밖에 없는게 말이 안 되는 곳입니다.

MMrsPiconeStaff members we interacted with were all awesome! Extremely helpful, understanding folks who were willing to work with us about a room upgrade snafu that was totally MY fault.
Check-in/out was beyond simple. Rooms were very clean, with the exception of one tiny 'baby' roach found dead under the A/C unit of our first room, but at least that says pest control is done. Better to be seen dead than alive😌
My one complaint is probably the Wi-Fi. It's free for the 1st device (at light browsing speeds), but if you need anything speedier, expect to pay for it. We had a total of 4 devices and ended up coming out of pocket for the unlimited package to accommodate simultaneous HD streaming and mobile gaming. At one point, had to call Wi-Fi tech support and they answered at 1:30a local time, fixed the issue, and even made good on the courtesy follow-up call. Well done!
Didn't get around to using the laundry facilities, so can't speak to that amenity, but we were so impressed with our stay, we'll definitely be returning.

SStarks방은 깨끗하고 좋았지 만 주문하자마자 바퀴벌레가 사방에서 나왔습니다. 또한 문에 보안 걸쇠가 없었습니다 문이 금이 간 것 같아서 그다지 신경 쓰지 않았습니다.
