unfortunately we was very disappointed staying in this hotel definitely this is not the five star hotel. The room was nice. The food was excellent at the staff was very polite but the swimming pool was extremely dirty. The temperature of the water was cold and when we request to the stuff to put the Temperature up ; the answer was that they don’t know how to operate it because the person who operated temperature resigned from the job which was a joke also We also noticed a missing tails From the swimming poo lots of hear and green colour dirt on the bottom of the pool I was absolutely shock to notice that the cleaner wash the bar in the swimming pool with very strong chemical and all the dirty water go back to the pool 🙈 In our stay for five days, the Jacuzzi didn’t work at all also the spa are really small. Definitely will not come here again Very pity because the location of the hotel excellent and it has a big potential Hopefully the management will read this review and make a difference

I'll start with the positive : the premium room was good size, the bed and pillows were fine, and the staff was very polite. However, even though I wasn't expecting much, I was still deeply disappointed. The biggest problem is the air conditioning - the noise was unbearable and the temperature wouldn't descend below 28°. We weren't able to get any rest. We asked to see two other rooms and spoke with other guests and even though the staff very politely pretended to not know about the problem, apparently all the rooms are hot and noisy. The pools didn't look very clean and the water in the hot tub looked like a muddy watering hole on the first day we were there. I haven't been to the pool since. In addition, they let outside visitors use the pool (for 16 BGN) and my advice is to go early if you want to find a decent lounge chair (most of them look like they're there from 2005 when the hotel opened). The food at the restaurant was fine but it's very overpriced, the wine too. We were in the new wing of the hotel that was built (I think) less than two years ago and it looked very poorly maintained and already falling apart. My advice is to find another place to stay, this one isn't worth the money. You can find the same mediocre thing a lot cheaper.
