Hotel Eco Tree Pokhara

It was fine. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had hot water sometimes. We had a terrace, and the rooftop was nice. It was very loud at night, so didn’t sleep great. Staff was friendly enough, especially the breakfast helper. We may have been the only people there.

The pictures do a much better job than reality. We did stay in some of the cheapest rooms not the ones features online and the windows face indoor. The bathroom was tiny with no counter space or hooks to hang towels or clothes. The staff is friendly but with limited English. But they are nice people. The breakfast was also not worth it. It was a shame because food was the one thing consistently good on our trip, so they need to improve the breakfast quality. The pool also needs maintenance, furniture is run down and needs some tlc. But if you are on a budget and are not too fuzzy you can stay here, I do believe there are other better options in the same price range.

5 start for superstar staff, if possible - vs star for the hotel, where they allow drinking and shouting all through night. Not family friendly at all. If you are with family, please avoid before you get the disgusted feeling. Could not get peaceful sleep due to shouting and knocking all through nights. Spoken to the hotel owner, he doesn't seem to care about us but would rather cater more for the rouge people living at his hotel.

Très bonne surprise pour cet hôtel fraîchement repris par des nouveaux patrons. Nous y sommes allés avant notre trek et après notre trek. L’hôtel est très bien situé dans pokhara, la chambre très propre et agréable, le petit déjeuner copieux. L’hôtel dispose d’une jolie piscine sur le toit ce qui est un gros plus, surtout avec un enfant . Nous avions laissé nos affaires pendant la durée de notre trek en toute confiance. Encore un grand merci à toute l’équipe !
