We stayed at Mountain Glory with my family to celebrate our son’s Birthday, and it was a truly memorable experiences. The staffs went out of their way to make everything special for us. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Thank you to the entire team for making our son’s birthday celebration so delightful. We look forward to coming back again!

We stayed at this resort some time ago. While the location and natural surroundings are truly stunning, the road leading to the property is in poor condition and needs serious improvement. The reception staff appear to lack proper hospitality training. There’s a noticeable gap in both knowledge and professionalism, which affects the overall guest experience. In the hospitality industry, guest satisfaction should be the highest priority — unfortunately, that sense of care and attentiveness was missing. If guests aren’t happy, it raises serious concerns about the long-term prospects of the business, something the management shouldn’t overlook. The room was clean and well-equipped with the basics. However, breakfast offered only a limited selection, and the food quality didn’t quite justify the menu prices. Thank you.

Our family trip to Pokhara in April 2024 was truly memorable. We stayed at Mountain Glory from the 8th to the 13th, hosting a meditation retreat for our group of 64 people from around the world. This spiritual retreat required a separate kitchen to accommodate our specific dietary principles, and Mountain Glory provided exactly what we needed. The resort, nestled in lush greenery far from the hustle and bustle of the city, blended perfectly with nature, offering a serene environment ideal for our retreat. The staff's exceptional hospitality and the resort's impeccable hygiene made our stay even more enjoyable. Mountain Glory proved to be the perfect vacation spot, catering to our needs and leaving all 64 participants happy and content. The resort's versatility and outstanding maintenance make it an excellent choice for any type of visitor. The staff at Mountain Glory made us feel right at home, attending to our every need with remarkable care and dedication. They supported us in every task throughout our stay, right up until the day we left. I highly recommend this place. A special thanks goes to the receptionist, Gita, whose impeccable support made a significant difference. She felt like a part of our family, consistently going the extra mile to ensure our comfort.

The journey to the resort was really bumpy and rough. The resort is far from the city area. The first impression was that the resort looks new, spacious and peaceful. We were looking forward to have a good rest after a long day of journey on the road. However, we were give a room where the aircon heater was not working. Despite being told to give the air con time to warm up, but after 3 hours, our room temperature remained at 19 degrees. It was not until we called our tour agent to help us sort this out that the Resort manager approached us and arrange for a room change. The new room was warm and nice. It was after dinner that we can finally get a good rest. The resort's restaurant was ok, the food was delicious but the selection was quite limited. We guess maybe this is the low season and there wasn't a lot of guest in the resort. The view from the resort was amazing with the mountain range clearly visible. The mountains are just majestic! The resort was definitely a great location to see and enjoy the mountain view.
