Lovely hotel , Neat and clean rooms . Very good service compared to other hotels . Staff are polite and well spoken . They are always helpful. SAI RAJwas great help from the time of booking till checkout. If you call for anything you get immediately response no need to wait . The breakfast was very tasty and different varieties all 3 days of our stay. They are doing a great job I hope the service doesn’t drop later will definitely come back to stay here when in Shirdi

Reception service by Vijaya and Swapnil and pickup drop driver Sunil and service of Sonu at restaurant ***** with 2 ladies staff is excellent There's no doubt the hotel is good, and the service is excellent. I interacted with around 5-6 staff members, and they were all polite and humble. Surprisingly, no one mentioned how amazing the food is. We've tried both South and North Indian dishes, and they were absolutely delicious. Kudos to the chef, their team, and the waitstaff. Over the past 10 years of visiting Shirdi, I've often been disappointed with the food, but this time I'm really happy. I've decided to have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even takeaway for my journey from here. Room service is also good, and the hotel offers an excellent drop-off and pick-up service to the temple. Currently, I'm still in room 3010 and, honestly, I don't want to check out today, but I have to since my return journey is booked. I will definitely visit again.

Their helpfulness made us feel instantly welcome. We also appreciate the visible leadership of GM Raj, whose commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Furthermore, Balwant from housekeeping deserves high praise for keeping our room impeccably clean and well-maintained. The entire team at Pushpak Resort clearly works hard to create a positive experience for their guests, and we were thoroughly impressed. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Shirdi and look forward to returning in the future.
