I really liked the accommodation. It is located within walking distance from the bus stop and taxi rank. nearby and also within walking distance of the city center, Main Street, observation decks with stunning views and the beach (but the water is terribly cold and you will not be able to swim in any of the beaches in Plettenberg Bay). I was met by a pdministrator named Debbie. She is very friendly and smiling, tried to help in everything (even in things that are not part of her duties). The reception has all the information about the attractions nearby, local taxi numbers (bolt taxi does not work in Plettenberg bay), information about restaurants and their menus, and you can book excursions. the room itself was very clean, including the toilet was in perfect condition. there is a TV and everything that is stated in the ad. on the downside, I spent only one night at the location, but the electricity was turned off twice (both times in the evening) (but there was no light on the entire street, or maybe in the entire city, so it's not the fault of the accommodation). Plettenberg Bay itself is amazing (and safe even after sunset)

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Debbie is a great manager and took good care of us. This is our second stay there and we will definitely return!

The place was very underwhelmed and a disappointment. Although it is centrally located, the establishment, especially the main building area was just not up to scratch. We lived upstairs and had to use the shower downstairs which was also used many other guests. The fact that there was no generator put us off, because we had to wait for 2 hours of loadshedding to get our clothes ironed and that made us late. The furniture can be changed because it is old and the so-called lounge area looked pathetic. My overall stay was not that great, glad we only stayed there for one night.

Hospitality was top notch. Room and area super clean. Staff was friendly. Receptionist went out of her way to make people feel at home and even went out of her way to pick me up and drop me off at the bus stop
