플렛 쿼터 호텔(Plett Quarter Hotel - Lion Roars Hotels & Lodges)

Such a genuinely warm and friendly welcome from everyone working here. Brilliant. We were a family of 7: grandparents, parents, aunt, uncle and a toddler; so varied needs! We couldn’t have been looked after better. We stayed BnB - superb breakfasts - but did lunch and dine in sometimes; delicious food. The rooms are very well equipped- we had balconies - and the roof top pool and bar is super! Great views. Genuine recommendation.

We only stayed here for one night but were looked after with personal care. We were shown to our room and then given a tour of the hotel with a welcome drink included on the pool terrace with views over Plettenburg Bay. Nothing was too much bother, even an ice bucket for our room!! We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed a lovely meal before retiring to our room. Very secure parking and security on all entrances. The next day the reception staff were very helpful with booking the sister hotel in Cape Town. Excellent service. Many thanks.

This is a new hotel and an ideal place if you are visiting plett. We stayed in a Suite with a partial sea view which was great size with plenty of room. Breakfast was great in the hotel with very good staff who are very attentive. Sky bar was open for drinks from 2pm, there are sun beds and tables where you can enjoy the awesome view. Overall, this is a very clean/modern hotel and we had a very enjoyable stay.

If you take the "Luxury Suite" (!) with sea view (!!) you have a great place to enjoy both: a nice and quiet place to relax, and also to enjoy the lively centre of Plett, for example by taking a rich and tasty breakfast in the restaurant. Rarely have you met so many friendly people as in this hotel, who will take care of your needs all day long. Reception, restaurant, room service, rooftop bar (cool barman!) all made you feel welcome as a guest. Private parking available, all shops and other restaurants right next to the hotel (feel the Plett atmosphere), short distance to the beaches. We really enjoyed it!

I am desperately struggling to understand the high number of poor reviews. Our experience was the exact opposite. Very helpful staff and especially at check in. We had a very comfortable large 37 square metre suite looking out to sea. Super size bed with luxury bedding. Small but very well equipped en-suite. Decent shower. Large TV with enough channels to suite everybody. Very efficient air conditioning. Underground free parking. Breakfast and dinner were of a very good standard. Rooftop heated pool and sunbathing are with the most amazing views. Located in the centre of Plettenberg. Highly recommended !!

This is a lovely fresh and modern new hotel. Situated in town it has amazing access to all the lively restaurants yet an outstanding pool deck that overlooks Lookout and Central beaches. We had a luxury suite- and would highly recommend this as it was nice and quiet.Avoid the back rooms as they can be noisy if the clubs down the street are open. The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful and did whatever they could to accommodate us. We loved our daily breakfast which had a wonderful selection. If you go just enjoy the amazing pool deck.

Position of the hotel is the centre of the village’s buzz. Top deck pool has views forever. Under ground parking direct to room via access controlled lift. Turndown service is spot on with my favourite good night dark chocolates. We will definitely be back. Our daughter and family stayed too in nearby rooms, making for the cherry on top.

Please avoid going to Plett Quarter. Overpriced tiny rooms and poor managenent. The rooms advertised with 27m2 are not more than 17m2, but management insisted on its view. Nothing they would do to make us feel a bit more happy. So we stayed in the cupboard for $200 a night, and yet had to pay additionally for the breakfast cappuchino. Rooms are ok but the place is noisy and doors slam very loud when your neighbours come home. Very poor for new hotel.

The experience we had was awesome. The staff are well trained and has much respect for their guests. We enjoyed the stay. The staff met all our needs at all times. Thank you to your staff. They made our stay extremely pleasant. On your menu; starters you can look at a better variety. The main menu also a bigger and better selection would be great. Good food overall.
