세인트 질스 사우스키(St. Giles Southkey)

酒店位置很好, 景觀也很好, 地方整潔, 服務也要讚, 房內設備齊全, 房外的話樓下就是大型商場, 食, 玩, 手信應有盡有, 早餐自助餐款式很多, 味道也不錯。

Hotel room smelled of sweaty body odor when we first checked-in. Shower stall flooring felt quite gross to walk on as it was grimy and slippery. There were obvious big patches of orange mold (as shown in photos) on both floor tiles and bathroom walls. We reported the mold issue to both the front desk as well as housekeeping. However, the next day, even the room was so called "cleaned" by housekeeping, the issue with the mold on the floor and wall tiles remained. It was then very obvious to us that washing and scrubbing of shower stall floor and walls were not part of the hotel's housekeeping daily routine. Was disgusted by the lack of care and concern for hygiene for a 4 star hotel. Shower water pressure was also very weak and there was no hair conditioner provided even though this is a so called 4-star hotel. Breakfast buffet was bad with a large crowd of guests crowding at the entryway waiting for their assigned tables. Nasi Lemak was terrible, very dry and poorly cooked. Most dishes tasted subpar. In the midst of the breakfast crowd chaos, the hotel staff accidentally cleared our table even though we were not even halfway through our meal and merely left our seats for a short while to get food. So we had to spend time and join the long queue again to get fried eggs and queue again to get a new cup of drink as well. The breakfast experience was so bad that I skipped the hotel breakfast on my 2nd day and opted instead to eat at one of the restaurants in the adjoining shopping mall.

Very good hotel, connected to the mid valley southkey shopping mall. Nice & friendly staff. Check in & check out is a breeze.

Stayed for several times and it’s the most convenient hotel to stay shop eat. Clean and comfortable. Will book again

Had a surprise advance anniversary for hubs. (Well he didn't know i was planning this as anniversary) Stayed 2 nights at St Giles. Requested for decor set-up and Ms Aisyah was prompt with my request and set it up nicely. Simple and obviously my hubs was so surprised. Thank you. Eventhough there was a queue during checking in, front desk were all doing their best and never leave a smile off their face. 😊 Andy (I'm sorry if i got his name wrong) have been so helpful. Really appreciate your assistance and briefing us. Nevertheless this stay won't be my last. Till we meet again. Ohh btw, my husband had a good stay there too. ❤️

First and foremost, the place and infrastructure are new and well maintained. However, good service offerings have to be coupled with well grounded management systems. We were dismayed with the check in services that put us behind a long queue without any clue for about 40mins. When I approached the service counter staff (Ms Lily) to understand the reason behind the delay, she looked at me straight and told me to wait like the rest of the customers who were equally unhappy over the long wait. I then asked to speak with a manager twice but Ms Lily totally ignored my ask. This will probably the last time we will visit this establishment.
